Completely renovated, spacious 3 Bed 2 Bath home in the upscale community of Village West in beautiful Visalia, CA! A quick drive to popular downtown Visalia's many restaurants, shops, and down the street from grocery stores, Gyms, Starbucks, and fast food. The nearby Sequoia National Park only is 45 minutes away, and be sure to enjoy the pool! Close to HWY 198, Kaweah Delta hospital, convention center, and 25 mins to The World Ag Expo!!!
The space
Light, bright, and sparkling clean, this upscale abode is perfect for everyone, whether you're traveling to the nearby National Parks or you're in town for business. Smart TV and reliable Fast WiFi are available for your working vacation! You'll feel especially safe behind the Spanish style courtyard gate. Extra comfortable King beds offer a good night's sleep, while the futon and pull out couch provide enough room for your kids and extra guests. The community pool is well kept by the HOA and only a short walk from the home.
Guest access
Guests have access to the house, yard, driveway, extra parking spaces, garage, and community pool. The garage door opener is located inside the house.

Please park in the driveway, garage, on Royal Oaks, or in the designated parking spots. Do NOT park on the street directly in front of the house.

This is a pet friendly home, ($100/pet fee). Max of 2 pets.

Hal, our host, was helpful and thoughtful. We were in town to visit relatives in Tulare, and this home was the perfect place for us to stay. I loved how the home felt cozy yet spacious—and that it was pet friendly (since we brought my brother’s pup). Our family invited us to the roller rink, and the house is only a few mins away, so that was nice. Would totally recommend for families or friends.

The house is even better than in the pictures. I had so much space and everything was clean. I accidentally locked the garage door opener in the car in the garage but reached out and got help right away to get back into the garage. I loved my stay and would come again.

I love the fact that we were able to stay at your B&B, which gave us a more personal atmosphere. We didn’t have to worry about anybody around us over noise or anything like that. It was like a stay at home visit without it being our home and gave us all the room that we needed And we got together for a funeral service so it wasn’t the happiest of times, but this gave us a very nice atmosphere to be able to cook food. Make coffee in the morning spend time together relax and all sit together and watch a movie and I loved the house. It was beautiful and my kids loved the ornamental fence. Everything was clean and well-maintained and provided almost everything that we needed and we didn’t have to do much and the fact that there was a working washer and dryer was extremely convenient thank you for trusting us and allowing us to stay at your house.

Visalia stay

Smooth check in. Great having access to the garage for the car. Small enclosed back garden perfect for relaxing in the sun. Great Air con. Access to the communal pool was a massive advantage. We enjoyed a daily swim. Hal was fantastic. Quick to answer any questions we had. He made our stay relaxing with no issues. We received the WiFi information with our codes for the door. Highly recommend Hal.

They carpet and rugs are disgusting, I had to clean the tub and shower before they could be used, the tile was also sticky and you could see the last guest’s grubby toe prints everywhere

Stay was great!!!

The place was nice overall, but there weren't enough towel and wash clothes for the time we were there. Faucet in the kitchen is loose, just general maintenance needs to be done to the place. You need to put dressers in each of the, we souldn't have to live out of a suitcase for a week. The kithen sponge needs to be replaced each time the place is used. Thanksreplaced

Nice house with convenient location

This house was convenient for travel to both Sequoia Natl Park and Kings Canyon. Kitchen was stocked with just the basics but was adequate. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Carpet and couch could use an update. Plenty of space to spread out and it was so nice to have access to the neighborhood pool. Host was very attentive and willing to help if we needed anything.

Great Visalia Home

Easy check in to a spacious, clean, well furnished rental. Having well equipped large kitchen was great. Quiet, safe neighborhood made for a relaxing stay. Having access to garage was a plus. Very convenient location.

Very quiet and comfortable

This is a very nice home in a good neighborhood. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We stayed only in the master bedroom, and the bed was VERY comfortable!

Smell

The area/ location and the host was great! House super cute and clean from the outside.The house is close to shopping centers which is very convenient. BUT the ×house has a bad smell, the floor was sticky, and the bedrooms especially the master room smell was horrible we had to sleep with the door and window open. They really need to get rid off the carpet!!!
