This bright and breezy spacious home has full

BouganVilla is approximately 7 minutes drive from Nadi Airport. This is a secluded, secure and private property at the end of a cul de sac. The villa is fully fenced with automatic gate and private parking for two family size cars. Located in a residential area, parties are not permitted and noise restriction after 10pm. No pets allowed.

The villa has insect screening throughout, with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The living and dining areas extend via large sliding doors onto the patio and pool area surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. A swimmable pool will ensure a pleasurable stay ... a tropical lifestyle at its best.

A single level villa with two steps up to the living platform. The living room has comfortable couches to sit back and relax. There is a ceiling fan as well as a portable fan if required.

A smart TV and DVD player is provided, and access to all local TV channels. A wide selection of DVDs for both adults and children to enjoy. Generous complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, a gas stove and oven, airfryer, and a gas BBq on the patio.

The Laundry has an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer, with outside drying area, and a clothes rack for drying under cover.

There are four bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and wardrobes.

The swimming pool is deep and large and is unfenced.. young children should be monitored and supervised. The pool has lights for night swimming and outdoor enjoyment.

You will be met on arrival by your host who will check you in and who is contactable for assistance during your stay by mobile phone or messaging apps.
