Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

The unit was clean and it had everything we needed. However being close to the beach we were disappointed there was no beach towels available.Also power ponits were broken in bathroom and bedroom which was danagerous as they were hanging out of the walls.

Beach towels have been added to the unit, and the broken power points in the bathroom and bedroom have been repaired by a qualified electrician to ensure everything is safe and secure.

Bedroom on lower level has a queen bed and 2 small nightstands with lamps but no place for luggage or to hang clothes except the floor. The bathroom has a small sink with no place for toilitries. You must access this room through the garage. I contacted the management and 1 day later they replied that we could go to kmart and buy a hanging rack that they would reimburse me for after the stay. Being from another country and having plans all day we didn't feel like taking our time to do that. Also we had no tools if it required assembly. From that bedroom it is 1 flight of stairs up to living area and a second flight up to the other bedrooms. Not a bad place to stay in a great location.

Please note that a dog is an extra cost of 37 a night, which is not stated on the Stays website and is charged separately. The bed sheets were not changed on the beds, long black hair and fluff on all beds, and we discussed. The sheets were not changed, After many phone calls a cleaner was contacted, we asked that we be present when the cleaners returned as we had our items left at the property, when we arrived back at the property, the cleaner and her, male partner had let them selves in, he was washing the mop in the kitchen sink, which had Delph in the sink. ! The cleaner was very angry that she was called to clean the property, and said it was not in her area! Her male partner told me to F off when I asked him who he was! The whole confrontation was horrible and very upsetting. The balcony was full of dog hair and had a very bad smell of dogs, we had booked for 7 nights. We were so disappointed.

Please note that pets do incur an additional cost of $37 per night, and we regret any confusion regarding this. That said, the issues you’ve described with the cleanliness of the beds, dog hair on the balcony, and the conduct of the cleaner and her partner are unacceptable. This is not the standard we expect, and we are taking this very seriously.
We have already addressed the concerns with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. We will also review our communication and check-in processes to prevent any unauthorized access and ensure guests feel safe and respected at all times.
We understand how upsetting this experience must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in the future.
