- A mandatory $50 per vehicle fee for parking and access to the community amenities must be paid on-site upon arrival
- Information about the amenity fee structure is provided in the welcome book inside the home. Guests with questions can refer to it upon arrival
- Non-residents may only park at the beach on weekdays; weekend parking is not permitted
- Guests do not have access to the community boat launch, but can rent paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks on-site
- Please be aware of wildlife in the area. There may be bears, mountain lions, foxes, and deer present during your stay
- Guests can reach out to the Guest Contact for a discount on a tee time, then call the golf course to arrange
- Yosemite National Park requires reservations for entry. Guests without a valid reservation may be denied access at the gate
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera above the garage facing the driveway, 1 Ring doorbell camera facing the entrance, and 1 camera on the side door facing the yard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
