Lovely home and well supplied. The location was excellent and close to North rustico shopping. Very comfortable except for the outdoor light shining through the primary bedroom exterior door at night.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! The hosts were very responsive and helpful and the rental has top of the line amenities. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit PEI!

This was a true paradise. The serenity of the setting is unparalleled. The house is well appointed with a fabulously stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and linens, and a gorgeous porch on both sides of the home. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for a mommy-daughter get away with my 8 year old.

Although the home was lovely and very clean, it was not comfortable for 6 adults, esp. seniors. The master bedroom & bath was perfect except for the deck exit door which due to the absence of a blind /drape, allowed complete view from the deck where we gathered. The main problem was the other 2 bedrooms&bath . They were ill-equiped and not user friendly. The bathroom had no towel racks, tub grab bars or safety bath mat, coupled with its height made it difficult to step in. The toilet was imbalanced as it shifted when using it. The back bedroom had only the bed and 1 side table- no dresser and no place to put anything. The room was extremely hot as it received all the afternoon sun. and no A/C. The front bedroom had no dresser and it was extremetly bright as there were no darkening blinds from the sun in the mornings. The home is great for 2 adults. That was evidenced by the fact, there were only 2 wine glasses. We were very disappointed, especially considering what we paid for the stay.In addition the home was advertised as having access to the beach which was a selling factor for us. That is false as there was no beach, just a marsh. Very disappointing.

We’re glad to hear that you found the home lovely and very clean, and we’re sorry that some aspects of the property did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the concern regarding the primary bedroom patio door to our attention. We agree that additional privacy would be an improvement, and we are planning to install a blind on that door. With regard to the bathroom, the listing photos do show the style and height of the bathtub, as well as the fact that there are no grab bars. We certainly understand that accessibility and mobility needs can vary, and we encourage guests with specific accessibility requirements to review the photos and reach out with questions prior to booking so we can help determine whether the home will be a good fit. We will also be addressing the shifting toilet. Regarding the beach access, the property does have access to the waterfront area via a dock. We’ll take another look at how this is described to ensure expectations are as clear as possible for future guests.
