Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just minutes from the sparkling waters of Canyon Lake, this delightful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and retreat. Whether you're gathering with family, reconnecting with friends, or simply enjoying a couple’s weekend, The Coop invites you to settle in and savor the good life.

Inside the main house, the warm country cottage decor creates an inviting atmosphere designed for comfort and ease. The primary bedroom on the main level features a plush queen bed, a cozy seating area, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a sleek, modern vanity. Downstairs, a spacious second bedroom doubles as a private suite, offering both a king and queen bed, a leather sofa for lounging, a small dining/game table, and direct access to the carport. A bright and airy full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this level.

Bedroom 3 is located downstairs in the detached casita, which sits just across the carport from the main house. This cozy suite features a queen-sized bed, a plush chair with ottoman, a streaming TV, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with an electric range and oven, refrigerator, and sink. It offers a private retreat with an exterior entrance, perfect for guests seeking a little extra privacy.

Bedroom 4 is upstairs in the second level of the detached casita, accessed from the upper deck just across from the main house. This charming space includes a twin bed and a twin futon, a dedicated workspace, streaming TV, and a cheerful attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, shiplap walls, and a fun wallpaper accent that adds a whimsical touch.

Please note: Canyon Lake is a reservoir, and water levels can fluctuate based on area rainfall. Guests planning water-based activities such as boating, swimming, or fishing are encouraged to verify current lake conditions and boat ramp availability prior to booking.

The owners had thought about everything in regards to communication and things needed for a stay! We enjoyed the time to recharge before the New Year and will definitely come back!

Teen Birthday - Lake Getaway

We booked this property for our youngest son’s 15th birthday, and it was perfect for the occasion. The downstairs bedroom was spacious with large, comfortable beds—ideal for the kids to relax after swimming in the on-site pool. My husband and I loved using the grill on the upper deck and unwinding in the hot tub before retreating to our own private space upstairs. The area is full of wildlife, which added a peaceful, nature-filled vibe to our stay. The host was incredibly gracious and responsive. We highly recommend this property for large families or groups of friends and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely an amazing home and host. The house had everything we wanted including comfy beds for all, individual spaces when needed, and perfect places for my family to spend time together. The host was also very responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. Thank you, and we will be back again.
