Kaye is an excellent host. She responds to any issues promptly and provides accurate information about the surrounding area, which makes the trip very efficient. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need and was very clean inside. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to parks and walking areas nearby. Considering both the location and the amenities, the place is simply perfect.

Sorry you had a bad experience. The parking on the street is 3 hours - 7am to 10am, and you’d have to move, then you can park from 4pm until 10am with no worries about getting ticketed. This is something new - implemented by the city - this month so we’ll be sure to update the listing.

Pros:- Landlord very friendly and easy to get in contact with (they live in the same house)- They welcomed us late in the evening and helped with luggage , keys handover - Necessities were replenished (toilet paper, dishwasher soap etc.)Cons:-The bed was a nightmare: it was an old sofa bed/frame that was too small for the mattress. We kept falling off at night. When we looked under, it was a fabric frame with an extremely dirty mattress, covered with a comforter and hidden in sheets. - There is no closet!! Only a dresser so no place to hang things. To be fair , there isn’t one in the pictures either, but you would expect a room to have a closet.- The cleanliness was lacking, the room had multiple spiders, dirty drawers, and a little rug that was filthy. We lined the drawers with paper towel before placing our things!

We strive to make sure every guest has a great stay, and I truly appreciate you letting us know about the bed and storage issue — that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We had not heard that feedback before and are replacing the bed frame (including storage) - to make sure they’re addressed for future guests. We are also making one of the closets accessible and ensuring our cleaning team completes the deep dive and does a double check. Your feedback helps us improve, and I’m sorry we missed the mark this time. In the future - it would be helpful to provide real time feedback to your hosts- so that we can address and adjust anything needed.
