Designed by the architecture team at Bercy Chen Studio, this breathtaking villa is inspired by the curled edges of the falling oak leaves in western Austin. The property is decorated with natural waterfalls, fossilized coral reefs, and abundant natural elements.



The Space:

The Falling Leaves is a one of a kind architectural estate tucked into a hidden pocket of wilderness in West Austin where design rises organically from nature.



The retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and offers an immersive connection to architecture, landscape, and the natural elements.



Three sculptural dwellings span 10 acres, forming a four bedroom, three and a half bath rural compound and artist retreat. Curved rooflines echo the surrounding terrain while every detail of the home, furnishings, amenities, and views has been intentionally crafted.



Your stay unfolds among the four elements air, earth, fire, and water inviting presence, reflection, and a deeper sense of harmony with the world around you.



Select gatherings or celebrations may be considered with prior approval and a separate event agreement. Please inquire in advance if you would like to explore this option.

Guest Access:

You have rented the entire home to yourself. A unique code will be provided a day prior to arrival.

- Outdoor Fun: Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and Lady Bird Lake’s hike & bike trail are within 3 miles. Red Bud Isle is also close by..

- Culture & Music: Catch a show at ZACH Theatre, the Long Center, or ACL Live downtown — all less than 10 minutes away.

Getting Around:

Navigating Austin West Lake Hills is a breeze, with scenic strolls and easy access to nearby attractions. For those with a car, ample parking is available at our house, ensuring convenience during your stay. Explore the neighborhood's charm on foot, or venture out to the wider Austin area, where ride-shares and public transportation options abound for hassle-free travel.



Other Things to Note:

Lodgewell, as a property management company, has a separate reservation agreement that is emailed to your personal email for digital signature upon booking. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy.



- No parties or events are allowed on Airbnb reservations. Please inquiry about events/large gatherings before booking.

- Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house.

- Quite Hours from 10:00 PM and 7 AM per City Code.

- Swimming is at your own risk.

- Events: Airbnb reservations are only for overnight stays. Send inquiries about events.

- Guests are explicitly forbidden from moving any furniture within the premises under any circumstances.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the entire home to yourself and/or your group joining with you on your reservation however if you do need to reach us during your stay our staff is available to you by text during your stay.
