The Entertainer Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences is a premier lakefront property on the shores of Lake Austin, a constant-level lake. This expansive property has plenty of space for your group to enjoy lake living. Grill and dine outside on the covered patio or at the party dock on the lake. Lounge in the sun on the dock or by the pool and hot tub. Adirondack chairs throughout so you can relax with that lake view and breeze. There is a convertible dining table where you can also play ping pong or pool inside. With a secondary living area downstairs, the main house is where your group can spread out to watch movies or play games. The attached Guest quarters features two more bedrooms and another living area with sofa and TV. There is an additional studio across the way where we can set up 4 luxury air beds with our luxury linens. With updated modern decor and windows and views in nearly every room, this is the next place for your gathering.

This property is regularly set for 18 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 27 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
