The Space:

Bird Lane, "The Perch at Sedona”, is a beautifully, newly renovated 3-bedroom 2-bath gem with ideal Sedona outdoor amenities and gorgeous contemporary interiors. Located in Prime West Sedona Location, Bird Ln is perfect for a couple's getaway or family vacation in Sedona.



This Sedona retreat boasts modern interiors tastefully decorated, warm wooden floors & comfortable couches. The living area is open plan with plenty of space to unwind with friends and family and an open kitchen with a large island & fully-fitted with modern appliances and kitchen amenities. Two modern electric fireplaces in both the living area & dining area to create the perfect vacation ambience!



Bird Ln comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 inviting bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Sleep Number Bed, Large Flat Screen Smart TV, and a beautifully remodeled en-suite Bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual sinks & stackable washer & dryer. 

Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has a Trundle Bed with 2 twins, a Large Flat Screen Smart TV, and a laptop-friendly workspace.  Extra luxury includes: Japanese heated bidets in both bathrooms.



Relaxing in this modern oasis is easy! Bird Ln boasts a private fully fenced backyard with rolling hill views & awesome outdoor amenities for luxurious downtime and outdoor living. Enjoy breakfast at the outdoor table or BBQ with Friends & Family, stargaze the dark Sedona skies from your private outdoor hot tub and soak up the peace & quiet, relaxing your muscles after a day's hike. If you find yourself needing any items you may have run out of or left behind, Safeway grocery store is less than half a mile from the home and Whole Foods within a mile. And finally for the kids in your family Sunset Park is just a hop skip and a jump away.  During the summer months they have a splash pad which is great!  BONUS:  Univeral Tesla Charger on site (fee applicable)

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.

Great host! All communication was early and detailed. Home was perfect. Clean comfortable and very nicely set up. Location was exactly what we needed for experiencing Sedona shopping, dining and most importantly hiking! The Red Rock pass was so nice to have! What a thoughtful and helpful amenity!

We loved our stay and everything was top notch! The location was perfect to be close to things but still nestled peacefully away from traffic noise. The amenities were fantastic, from all the supplies in the kitchen to the towels, bedding, and outdoor spaces. The hot tub worked great too and was perfect after hiking during the day. I've stayed in a over a dozen vacation rentals and this was the best by far for location, thoughtfulness of supplies, ease of check-in and instructions, and overall feel. We appreciated the Red Rock Pass as well for hiking. It felt like everything was really well thought out for what guests would need. We would book this again without hesitation, it was wonderful!
We loved the bar seating in addition to the main table! The kitchen was fully stocked, and with plenty of supplies.

Wonderful stay

My spouse and I had our housing cancel on us last minute. We were so fortunate to find this location and have such easy booking! Everything was clean and organized! Literally ANYTHING you could think of, this place has it! Location is amazing! Close to anything you could want to do! Nothing but positives things to say here! Book your stay right away!We will definitely be returning!
