THE PALMS This amazing renovated warehouse studio apt. is one of the three in the building. It is right in the middle of the historic downtown Galveston bars and restaurants. It’s 1 mile exactly to the beach and historic Galveston pleasure pier! FREE off-road parking! 2 FREE BIKES! Free t-shirt if you share and tag Emily`s on The Island. Come see us in the Design Center next door Tues-Sat 11-5 to claim!

This is the coolest location downtown. Enter down the well lite path to the right of Emily`s. `The Palms` will be the 2nd black door on the left. Quiet, safe and quick walk to `mod` coffee shop and all of the finest locally owned restaurants Galveston has to offer. Everything is located a block or 2 between the historic strand and Post Office Street. You are 1 mile walk from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier

There is a lock box at your door.

We are so lucky to get to live on the fabulous island so we are here if you need us however we totally respect your privacy!

This renovated warehouse studio apt. is a spectacular addition to the historic downtown Galveston upcoming area. Walking distance to the finest locally owned restaurants, museums and nighttime entertainment is just a few of the perks you will receive while staying at `The Palms` at `Emily`s`

We allow one furry friend. Please check the box and pay the pet fee. Please keep our furry friends off the furniture and please never leave them alone in the room.

Great stop over before our cruise

The apartment was absolutely charming. The owners were great and communicated fantastically. We had a small issue, but nothing they could have done about it and we still enjoyed our stay. Was a great location , and so comfortable!

Hidden Gem

Perfect honeymoon and anniversary suite, right downtown. Felt like living in another time and space. Walked everywhere. Had a real authentic experience of being in the middle of a historical Texas beach town. We will be back 🖤

No Hot Water

We had to take cold showers as the hot water never kicked in.

Its very unfortunate that 1 out of 100's of guest choose to leave negative feedback before they give the owners a chance to correct anything that was wrong. I was never called, texted or communicated with about a hot water heater. Its tank less so its on demand and never runs out. The hot water is working and I received a glowing review from the front tenant whose hot water takes twice the time to get to her room. This was an unfortunate review especially when there is a maintenance man on site that could have fixed anything immediately .

So cute!

We came in town for a school reunion and absolutely loved staying in this quaint little Vrbo! It was a perfect location to walk downtown. Would love to stay again one day!

Let me start by saying, location location location. Not only was the room dreamy but the location was perfect! We were so close to everything we wanted to do. Everything about this place was right on target. The bed was incredibly cozy. The space itself was clean and spacious. Our dogs were even comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

Absolutely loved our stay in this chic loft style apartment. It was perfect for me and my husband and is extremely close to the strand and post office street. I highly recommend this place. Extremely clean, great host, and great experience! Be sure to book your stay here!

Weekend at The Palms

We absolutely loved our stay at Emily’s Place! The location is very nice and quiet. We brought our dog and he loved the short walk to the courthouse for a nice green space. I would highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway!

Quaint and perfect

We were in town for our daughter's orientation at Texas A&M - Galveston and our stay at "The Palms" was perfect. The loft was well appointed, bed and pillows very comfortable, and just cozy all around. Easy access to everything to top it all off. Highly recommend this property.
