Tucked away in a peaceful spot just moments from the heart of Oneroa village, Matai Cottage is a charming two-bedroom retreat that offers sweeping ocean views and relaxed, contemporary comfort. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups, the cottage blends the feel of a classic Waiheke getaway with modern conveniences.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bright, spacious, and inviting with large windows framing the view and a seamless flow to the front deck. A heat pump/air conditioning unit keeps the space cool in summer and cosy in winter, ensuring comfort year-round.
The fully equipped modern kitchen features a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and plenty of quality cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. We provide a selection of teas and coffees, along with basic pantry and cleaning items to get you started.
Sleeping up to four guests, the cottage offers one queen bedroom and a second room with a split king that can be set up as twin singles or a king, depending on your needs. The bathroom is fresh and functional, and all rooms are outfitted with luxury linens for a restful stay.
