New home with lots of open spaces, 4 big rooms with comfortable beds, 1 sofa bed in upstairs loft, 3 full bathrooms, living room with 75" smart TV and reclining L-shaped sofa set, full kitchen with stove oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

Outdoor space includes a Big deck 500 sq ft with gazebo, sofa set, dining table with barbeque - everything for a relaxed family vacation or reunions in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Please be considerate and respectful towards our neighbors, noise complaints can result in fines/removal. Rest of backyard not included. Smoking allowed on deck only, no smoking inside, no loud parties.

The basement was rented out during our stay. Could have done without kids in the basement constantly banging on the door and yelling and screaming and crying. Other than that we had an excellent stay!!!!!

The property was very nice and definitely suited our family as we needed alot of rooms. It was clean and spacious. Good location to walk to parks for kids. Our only issue was there were three bathtubs in the house and not one had a plug. We messaged the owner about it and he was very vague and didn't say why. Kinda disappointing since we had small children with us. Other then that the house was nice for what we needed.

This house was perfect for our weekend getway. Plenty of room to spread out or hang out together and the large kitchen and table was perfect for meals together. Neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery, liquor store, and many other shops. Check in and check out was super easy and the host was super quick to respond to our questions. Would def stay here again!

The property was clean and comfortable, it met our needs for the most part. We found we could have used a few more face cloths and cooking pots/pans. The one bathroom shower curtain had what looked like mold on it. We also thought we were at the property alone but there was an occupancy in the basement that we could hear. We had use of the deck but not the yard. Overall we were happy with the property, it was easy to find and had convenient shopping.

Everything was great. The only thing was that we didn't know there was someone staying in a separate basement suite so when we returned late at night there was an unknown vehicle parked in the driveway. We weren't sure if someone was in our rental so we entered with caution. I messaged the host and got a reply in roughly an hour confirming it was just guests in the basement.

This house is a very clean and open concept space. However, it’s a good thing we, 7 women didn’t decide to cook a steak dinner because there is ONE steak knife and ONE other bread like knife. No paper towel and we had to ask for more toilet paper. There was not enough towels and extra bedding for the pull-out couch. Be prepared to go and buy ALL your own kitchen stuff like tin foil and what not. We only had 1 extra garbage bag

Misleading. It was not divulged prior to checkin that there was a suite in the basement. Scared us when we heard a door slam and people walking. The house is not soundproofed for this setup thus you’re asked to be quiet inside the house at 10:00 pm. Tried to share my disappointment with the owner and he simply told me that I was the only that has had a problem and to not to book again then. I had discovered, prior to talking with him that they have received this feedback on a few reviews on both listings. Knowing this has been an issue and choosing not to include it in the advertisement is intentionally misleading in my opinion. No cleaning fee because you’re asked to clean the house, vacuum, etc and wash the towels before you leave. House is pretty bare bones. One bedside table in primary suite. No dressers. No luggage rack. No face cloths. Walls are dirty. Rest of the house was pretty clean. Beautiful neighbourhood. Comfortable primary bed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in time was 4.00 PM but they was came out side the property 3.30 and walkin aroud ,they scared my neighbors. My house is brand new and in the market price is over 1 million dollars.main floor and 2nd floor 3000 Sq feet very good size bedrooms and full washrooms. The basement suit is a separate suit and separate entrance. City of winnipeg by law quite time is 10.00PM to 7.00 AM . When I sent reminder for the quit time but she did not followed the house rules This guest communation was disrespectful and angered behavior. During the stay she threating me for the feed back bad reviews. I checked her profile 3.4 stars reviews because her behavior not good. NOT WELCOME BACK MY PROPERTY AGAIN PLEASE.

The property is beautiful and very well taken care of. There are good amenities offered by the hosts, and they are very responsive, usually within 30 mins I would get a response from them.I would say the only issue we had were the fact that we were not made aware through the property listing or communications that there would be a basement suite guest at the same time as our stay. We were staying at the property for a bachelorette party (with previous approval), and while there were only 7 of us and we were quiet enough that neighbours in other properties would not have even known, we unfortunately did disturb the basement suite guest. We tried to keep it quieter after they came to chat with us, so hopefully all was okay after that.

The house is huge and very nice. The communication with the host was great, and there was so much space it was great for our crew. The amenities are seriously lacking though. Barely any plates or cutlery or anything. If you want to use the kitchen you’ll have to bring all your own supplies. No paper towels anywhere. Minimal towels as well. They also expected me to do all the cleaning myself which I did not really expect as the listing did not state that beforehand. There is another separate rental in the basement, which a family with a young child was there and they started banging on the door at 9pm yelling at us to keep it down, which we were told quiet times were from 10pm-7am and we were just walking around and talking so just beware i guess there is not a good sound barrier between the main floor and basement.
