Melissa and Tom were wonderful hosts. Tom was very helpful suggesting things around the town. They really made my stay wonderful. it was a very smooth process. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed while son played at Dreams Park, 25-30 minute drive. Pool was enjoyed daily. Clean house in quiet village setting. Our mistake, we didn’t catch that there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the listing. It would be nice to have to wash pool towels and swimsuits during weeklong stay. Met Tom at check in, he explained the house and local sites, great guy to talk to.

Nice host, but unfortunately when going inside all we could smell was mold. Our son is highly sensitive to mold so we knew what we were dealing with. We checked the air conditioners and cleaned the filters because they were completely dirty. The we saw mold spots inside the units. We ended up leaving after one night and staying in a hotel. Before leaving, we did swim in the pool and that was well taken care of. I feel awful leaving this because the owner was nice when we met him and we didn’t bother to tell him we could smell the mold. I am only leaving this because I wouldn’t want another family like ours to experience that.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, and wished that you brought it to our attention to make things right. All air conditioners are cleaned when installed at the beginning of the season. Two of the units are new. These units will be cleaned and or replaced to suitable units. We take great pride and hard work in providing a clean and healthy environment for our guest to stay. We do ask if there is a problem to call us immediately. Destroying platforms like this is not necessary for anyone's satisfaction. We respond quickly and efficiently to all complaints or issues that come up.

Great place!

Close to Cooperstown Dreams Park! There was toys and games for the kiddos to play with. House was clean, spacious, and the hosts were great!

Beautiful well kept pool with a clean, cozy, and comfortable house. Also a well stocked kitchen. Great place for a family vacation. Quiet neighborhood with Amish horse and buggies going by.

Perfect Place for Family Trip

This property was perfect for our family of 6 coming in town to visit family for the 4th of July. Just a few minutes from the grocery story and nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was a great bonus and well maintained. Definitely recommend! Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with!

Cooperstown nearby Gem

Four family members stayed here while visiting The Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. Very comfortable and clean home. The owners are very nice and available for you if needed.

Cooperstown Stay

Melissa and Tom were such great hosts. The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Tom’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. The swimming pool was a great bonus! We enjoyed cooling off after a long day at Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Perfect for us

We were very happy with all the property had to offer us this week. Tom was very helpful in showing us around. We all enjoyed the pool and the quick 25 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park, with the most beautiful views on the way!

Great property

The house was very clean, the yard and pool were pristine. We spent most of the days at the dreams park so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard or pool. It would be helpful to have check in time be a bit earlier and the checkout time a bit later than 9am.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and spacious. The pool was a welcome retreat on the scorching days! There were 2 fire pits and a gas BBQ. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were books, puzzles and games as well. It had enough space so that the 6 of us could go our separate ways if needed or get together for games and meals. The only 2 "critical" comments I have would be to have laundry facilities. The laundromat in town is not great. Also, the lights in the back of the house (deck motion light and solar lights) did not work, so it was a bit dicey if going out to the pool or fire pit after dark. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay.

Baseball Family

The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was suitable for the price but would have liked washer/dryer, more basic kitchen supplies (i.e. common spices/seasoning, food storage containers, ziplock), nicer neighborhood, and shorter distance to Cooperstown Dreams Park. We were there for baseball so these conveniences would have been helpful. You can easily prepare accordingly ahead of time but I did not. The drive is a good 30 mins from the park and you will need to include the other things on your grocery list. The neighborhood was not very nice but again appropriate for the price. Overall our stay was good. I just know how hectic it is for families traveling so far for baseball trying to think of everything. I just want to help you be prepared. For next kid playing at Cooperstown we will try to get closer to the park and stay on the lake for more convenience and easily accessible fun.

My family had a great stay over the weekend. the host greeted us at the property and walked us through the rules, so check in was super easy. The property is really well taken care of and you can tell that the hosts put a lot of thought into putting it together. We would definitely stay again - thank you !

We came for a family wedding. The home served our needs, and we really enjoyed the pool.

Check out time should be later than 9am. The screen door didn’t close well, and the toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom is loose - slid to the right every time you sat on it. Due to the age and structure of the home there are several tripping hazards. We moved the small throw rugs to cover and remind us after a couple stubbed toes. Two dogs next door can be bothersome with their barking at times. Location is close to stores, gas and restaurants.

Totally updated home

Comfortable home, owner very helpful- get ice cream at The Shake. Unfortunately it rained most of stay so didn’t get to use pool but it was very clean.

Cooperstown stay

Cute little property about 20 minutes from Cooperstown. It has a pool which was nice for the family to cool off in after the long days at the ball park.

We'll Equipped and Great Location

We'll equipped house and great location to Cooperstown. Updated kitchen and bathrooms with a large and comfortable living room. We went to the Baseball Hall of Fame, Ommegang brewery and a local park with hiking trails. All within a 25 minute drive from the house. Pool was large and clean. Would definitely consider renting again.
