The first bathroom has a shower and toilet while the second bathroom has a bath and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50" Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to local channels as well.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The residential garage provides parking space for one car. Additionally, Giles Street offers 2-hour free street parking.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's nearby park throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
