Very nice stay downtown. Walkable to everything and still quiet enough considering the lively area. Apartment was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location was very good. The communication was not. All communication was through text and it was always an AI response. The air-conditioning was not working and they were not able to repair it. They did offer a credit refund which took a few weeks to get. It was frustrating not being able to talk to a human. The unit was fine otherwise

We couldn’t check in until 5:45 when checkin was supposed to be 4:00 as the cleaning crew was still there. The hallway was filthy, missing tiles from ceiling, stained walls from sewage, flies everywhere and feces in the elevator… when I called and complained, I was first offered a refund of cleaning fee and then a maximum of 120. The place is not as described at all. Washing machine is cold water only when pictures of this exact unit did not show that. I provided numerous pictures to document all of the above which is when they offered 120 refund instead of 63.We will never stay here again. No plumbing in basement where the workout room is. No towels or wipes for any of the equipment is unsanitary.

The stay was actually great. I really enjoy the apartment and I will be renting from them all the time if I can. Place was kept clean. The only thing was checking in at night. I did not see how to do that. It really bothered me that I could not get in touch with someone really quick. So I had to go to Google and open everything copy and paste. It doesn’t open well in Safari their check-in. After I got checked in then things went a lot smoother. But I absolutely loved the condition of the place very very, very clean and private. It had a gym downstairs and once I did get a hold of someone, they were very attentive to me.
