Important before booking: Sandy Feet Retreat is available exclusively for stays of 28 nights or longer. This is a long-stay property — ideal for snowbirds, remote workers, and seasonal visitors settling into Holmes Beach for a month or more.

A ground-level cottage on a quiet dead-end street in Holmes Beach — no stairs, no traffic noise, and a short walk to the beach. The Florida room is the remote work setup: bright, calm, and positioned to catch the morning light before the day's work begins. Fast WiFi throughout the cottage keeps the connection reliable for video calls and uploads.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The primary bedroom has a queen bed. The guest room has a queen/twin bunk bed combo — an unusual configuration that works for a parent and child or two guests who want their own sleeping level. A twin rollaway is available for the fourth guest. One full bathroom with shower.

The cottage has been entirely refurnished — new sofa, new beds, new linens, everything down to the coffee mugs. The kitchen is fully stocked for a month of meals at home. An in-unit washer and dryer is in the dedicated laundry room. A private outdoor shower handles post-beach rinse-offs. The yard has green space for pets to lounge — note that the yard is not fully fenced, worth knowing if your pet needs a contained space.
