Solid place near the airport

Super clean and cozy adu near the airport. Has all the amenities you’d need for a short term stay. Hosts were nice and communicative. Pretty quiet spot despite being attached to main house. Would definitely recommend if you need a fairly priced place to stay in aurora.

Accommodations were clean and well kept. The carpeting had small, mostly dirt stains mainly because carpeting is very light beige. Communication was okay mainly because I sent an e-mail the first day which went unanswered but followed up the next da with a text which was answered the next morning the all communication was fast and helpful. The only complaint was no hair dryer or an iron and ironing board which is not a deal killer but would be very helpful. The unit is conveniently located near E-470 just south of Denver International Airport. I would be happy using this property again and would recommend it.

Thank you so much for everything — you’ve been a wonderful host! We really appreciated your hospitality and all the thoughtful touch. They made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused, and thank you again for being so accommodating. We’d absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Was a nice welcoming spot. Was a little confusing though trying to access the location as it wasn't explained in the checkin directions that the entrance was through the gate and behind the garage and down a stairway.

This place was just ok. It was definitely clean and we were comfortable enough. But there were definitely no frills or special touches. Amenities included 2 new bars of dove soap. Nothing else. No shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, etc. Very basic. I basically felt like I was staying in a college friends place. The dishes and cups were all extra mismatched items. The beds included a sheet, comforter and 2 pillows that were the pillows with the decorative shams on them. Towels were all random and mismatched. I understand that this is a new place but I expected a little more attention to detail. It may take time for them to get it all set up but it was definitely lacking. Also, a big safety issue. I booked the place so I knew that it was a basement unit but my family did not. Our flight was late so it was already dark when we came in and thank god I walked slowly because the light for the stairs did not go on until I was already halfway down them. They definitely need better lighting for late arrivals.
