Everything was marvellous. Shuba and John were the best hosts . The cabin was magnificent and the property is just beautiful. Fabulous stay cation very relaxing :)

Every little detail thought of, wonderful little weekend away! Highly recommend! Wood stacked fires, great BBQ, private, comfy bed. And the complimentary wine & little cheese board were lovely!

Charming and romantic weekend getaway

Had a great time, property manager very friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome.Cosy cottage with both indoor and outdoor fireplace which was ready to go with firewood courtesy of the property manager. Nice wine too, which was delivered straight to the door. Would stay again!

We had an amazing getaway and the cottage had everything we needed, set in a quiet peaceful surrounding on this stunning property. The indoor log fire and outdoor firepit were ready to go and kept us very comfortable during the cool nights. The property manager was very helpful and polite both before and during our pet-friendly stay. We would stay again!

Forrest Getaway

Husband and I had an amazing night away in the chalet. It was very well presented with everything you need. Sitting out the porch with views of the forrest was beautiful especially on a raining evening, definitely feel like you away from everything in your little oasis.

Cabin was well set up in a forest location. Surrounded by bush, but close to main house. Bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. Fireplace was a great feature. Basic kitchenette with balcony BBQ. The road to get to the property is at least 9km of dirt bush track. Not suitable for a regular car. With heacy rain the road became flooded in many places, making it dangerous. Despite the remote location, there was an outside light,and an indoor flashing light, that kept me awake. A sensor light would work better. The owners dog would circle the cabin at night, and also very early 5am in the morning. It was a german shepherd looking dog, that disturbed me, and my small dog. Waking everyone up. The ad for the property listed a "swimming pool". This was more like a small dipping pool for small children. Only just bigger than a spa, but located in a metal shed. I had no internet, the entire stay. I tried to use the wifi and telstra, without any luck. The television only had limited channels. Disappointing when wifi was liated as a feature. Maybe the cabin should be marketed as a back to basics in mother nature.

Hi Leah, Yes it was rainy but we do get all sizes of cars in and out all the time and never a problem. Flashing light - we do not have anything inside or outside your cabin at any point of time, not too sure about this. Our dog - He gets fed and put in his pen every afternoon until later morning to give guest's and their pets peace and quiet, so rounding your place all night is absolutely impossible, we can even show you this in externa property our cameras. Also please note, pet charges are extra which you ever paid for or you never let us know that you're bringing a per but when we saw your pet, we decided to be kind and not to charge you extra fee. Swimming pool - it is a proper swimming pool from AQUA Pool installed and indoors with all pumps and heaters and it is not a tin shed fyi. Also, we do have internet in the property, you just need to log in. We left you a complimentary bottle of wine with a note saying, for any issues small or big, please contact us or come and find us. I never got a response in Stayz app from you wither and I sent you a mobiles SMS saying hope your stay is going well and to let me know if you need anything and you responded saying that you are enjoying your stay. I do not understand any of this. Only if guest lets us know we can make your stay as comfy as possible. No point in saying us you are enjoying your stay and then do this review. Its waste of your time and sad to see one of our guest didn't have a great experience we hope for.

We had an amazing one night stay. The room was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The view and bushwalking was beautiful and peaceful. Wine tasting was a fun treat! Would definitely come back again
