We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the key lock. At the time, the Stayz owner app was unfortunately glitchy and did not allow us to update or change the access code, which we understand caused frustration. We’ll continue to follow this up to prevent future issues. Salt and pepper were provided and placed on the kitchen range hood shelf, and we’re sorry if these were overlooked. After checkout, we discovered the sewage smell was caused by the backyard drain being blocked with several handfuls of pebbles and plant debris. As these pebbles are part of the garden décor, the blockage appeared consistent with them having been placed into the drain during the stay. It took several hours to clear and has now been fully resolved. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve for future guests.
