‘Comfy on Cuba’ is a relaxing, peaceful and private apartment situated in the heart of the Wellington City and is part of an exclusive Hotel complex.

This beautifully presented apartment has facilities which include - Indoor heated swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant, bar, Nespresso coffee machine, Free wifi & carparking options (see things to note).

Ideal for that Weekend Escape, Corporate Stay, Conference, Romantic Getaway or attending a Special Event.

Your room comes complete with a Oakano luxury bed, bathroom ensuite, and a large private courtyard accessible from the bedroom and lounge. Meters from the apartment enjoy rest and relaxation in the sun with use of the spacious concourse balcony, indoor swimming pool, and spa.

The lounge includes a samsung tv with netfix capability, Natuzzi Queen Size Sofa Bed for an additional guests; already made up, & easy to open.

With this unbeatable location, exploring Wellington couldn’t be easier. You're within walking distance of top-rated bars and restaurants, as well as major attractions such as Te Papa Museum, the Cable Car, Botanical Gardens, Tākina Events Centre, Wellington Waterfront, TSB Arena, Michael Fowler Centre, St James Theatre, local food markets, Oriental Bay, and Sky Stadium.

We also provide instructions in advance so there is no need to check in or check out. This is your private getaway ready and waiting especially for you.

Our accommodation was comfortable and clean and in a great area for getting about Welly without a car. The extra touches was lovely, capsule coffee, crumpets and jam and all appliances required to make our stay comfortable. The immediate communication between us and our host was also very good. The adjoining Naumi Hotel facilities was wonderful to use, a very plush restaurant, bar, and wonderful staff. My main dissapointment was the cold pool facility , not suitable in winter, and the spa has been out of order for most of the year i believe, so this info needs updating

My father is Dutch and my mother was originally from Christchurch, so I grew up with a blend of influences that shaped my welcoming nature. But what truly sets Wellington apart is its place in the global film industry. Known as the home of The Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Hobbit films, the city proudly embraces its title as “Wellywood.” Weta Workshop and Weta Digital—both based here—have contributed to some of the most iconic films of our time. You can even visit the studios or take a behind-the-scenes tour to see how the magic was made. As a local, I still get excited seeing spots around town that featured in the films or were part of the production journey. That sense of storytelling and cinematic wonder is woven into the city’s identity, and I absolutely love being a part of that atmosphere.
