The home has 2 seperate living areas, a large dining room a fully stocked kitchen and gym. The promise of this
property lies in its additional features, a large covered patio over looking the large built in pool. Perfect for sunny summer days. The property has a fenced in yard providing privacy and space for outdoor activities, making it a dream vacation for families with or without children! The Beach House is with in 1 mile from WHB Main Street and allows access to the Village Beaches, you will find convenience at the doorstep. WHB is the best of everything in the Hamptons. The Village of Westhampton Beach offers high end shopping, dining, and the performing arts, village play grounds, in addition to, the white sandy beaches off of Dune Road. Your Summer vacation awaits!

Great stay! Everything was comfortable and clean. Everyday essentials were all in the house which made all the difference. Owners were readily available for questions. Would stay there again!

Wonderful home in a prime location. Short walk to town and a quick bike or car ride to the beach. House had everything ready to support our stay - bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, and more. . We highly recommend this property and host.

We loved the property! The pictures don't do it justice, it's a beautiful home with an incredible back yard / pool / covered patio combo. Great location too, easy walk to downtown.

Wonderful Family Home, Great Location, Amazing Property!

We had an amazing stay and would love to visit again. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The backyard is HUGE and our kids spent hours playing the pool every day. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need on a vacation. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location is also perfect - just a couple minute drive to main street and the beach. Highly recommend for a family trip!

Laid back and relaxing

This was our first time booking so our expectations were low. The pictures do not do justice to the house. It was so spacious and clean. Plenty of things to do for kids and short distance to the beach. We loved the area and short drive to the shops. The roofed patio was a highlight. Kaitlin was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Wonderful stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the property with five of my girlfriends. Pool (saltwater) and yard are stunning. House is a great size and has everything you could need in the kitchen and garage for any of your cooking or beach adventures. Westhampton Beach's downtown is wonderful, with great restaurants and a short 8 minute walk or 2 minute car ride from the house. The farmers market on Saturday wasfilled with anything you could possibly want. Roger's Beach is also a 15 minute walk or quick. A few minute car ride at the end of the street and perfect beach location for locals. 10/10 stay.

les chambres laissent à désirer. Des draps troués, du linge d'enfant qui trainait par terre, des jouets aussi. On part en vacances dans les Hamptons en couple. On ne veut pas vivre dans le quotidien d'une famille. Ce n'était pas sale mais pas clean comme on espérait. Quand on bougeait quelque chose, il y a avait plein de minous et de poussière. Piscine extra, cuisine aussi. Manque de salle de bain au sous-sol.

Incredible place!

This was our second stay at this home and it was as great the second time! It is so spacious, clean, well located and well stocked with the essentials. The kitchen dining and living areas are stunning and huge. The pool and deck are beautiful and the covered porch is perfect rain or shine! Kaitlin is so responsive which made our stay extra relaxing and easy because we had all the info we needed. I highly recommend this house as its the perfect place for a family or group of friends!

Fantastic family-friendly property

Our family (six adults, two kids aged 2-4) had a great stay here, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by how family friendly Kaitlin's house is -- a TON of toys for all ages, relaxing family room, well-appointed kids play room downstairs, lots of outdoor activities (pool, trampoline, bikes, and beach toys/chairs), huge kitchen for family meals, and covered patio for outdoor dining. We enjoyed the big yard and pool (it is not heated) on sunny days. One thing to note is that the guest beach passes we were given did not allow us to walk onto Rogers Beach, so just double check that before leaving the house. We were able to pay a fee to walk onto Pikes Beach, about a 15-minute drive from the house. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious beautiful Hamptons house with a pool

I loved everything about this house! The inside is gorgeous and so spacious. The backyard is huge. We had so much fun swimming in the pool all day, jumping on the large trampoline, and sitting on the patio. I loved how the patio table has a roof which allowed us to eat breakfast outside even when it was raining. This house is in the best location - less than a mile to town and Rogers Beach as well. The photos looks amazing and somehow the house is even better in person. Kaitlin is responsive and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t recommend this house enough for friends or for families. Best house I ever booked!

This property was awesome and had everything one could ask for. Kitchen fully stocked with all types of dishes and cookware. All beach items like chairs and towels. Pool floats and toys. Linens and plenty of space! Tons of toys for kids ages 0-10 and books! Super close to beach and town! Super clean and comfortable. Could easily fit two families but was it was just 3 people when we went. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous

My family and I booked this property for 4 nights in July. We found the price to be fair given the number of rooms, how nice the house was, and the pool/large property. Kaitlin was so helpful and answered all our questions immediately. There are so many restaurants in the area and we love that westhampton is accessible to south shore and north shore, the outlets in riverhead, etc. the house had plenty of mugs/dishes etc for those interested in eating in. Living room had plenty of seating for our group of 7. We also loved having the porch with a large table and outdoor tv. We spent every night of our stay out there with drinks playing games. Overall i would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking in the area. We definitely hope to return!

West Hampton Dream

This house was a gem. It has a very warm and welcoming feeling. The kitchen was amazing. We cooked every night. The kitchen was nothing shy of Fabolous. The pool was perfect as well as the outside seating area. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Thank you again Kaitlin for a most enjoyable stay. Beautiful house in a great location!

We absolutely loved our stay for a long weekend over the summer. The backyard is incredible, there's a beautiful open kitchen, and it's walking distance to both the beach and shops. Plus, the owners were extremely prompt in replying and answering all of our questions. We hope to come back again next summer!

Great Family Vacation!

We just returned for our stay at the Westhampton Beach house. The house was perfect with plenty of space for us to spread out with our 4 children (18, 16, 12, 10) and 2 of their friends. Plenty for the teenage boys to do between the pool, basketball net, fire pit, large yard, and beach just a few minute drive away. The covered porch/patio got plenty of use all day (even in the rain). The house had everything we needed w/o having to bring beach chairs, towels, etc. The town of Westhampton is approximately 15 minute walk away and the beach about a 3 minute drive. Parking at the beach was easy and the house comes with a walk on beach pass. If you’re a coffee drinker one note is that there is only a Keurig (no regular coffee maker) with no k-cups available. I was able to buy some k-cups from the True Value around the corner. Overall I would rate this a 5 star experience for all of us!

The house was perfect for a girls weekend! Kaitlin was very communicative with our needs, the house was clean, and it had everything we needed. Perfect backyard and walking distance to the town, which was so quant and perfect. Could not have asked for a better home to stay in for the weekend!

Great house!!

The house was so great! The kitchen patio and pool area were so beautiful and provided the perfect amount of space to hang out with our family of 8. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals and the huge island was conducive to hanging out. The covered patio was beautiful and we could enjoy it when it was hot and sunny or raining. The pool was so big and the perfect temperature and they had plenty of floats, pool towels and lounge chairs. All of the bedrooms and the living room were so spacious and comfortable. The garage had beach chairs and coolers and anything one might need. Everything was very clean and the hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this house!!! We’ll definitely try to come back when in NY again.

Fantastic Experience

We were so happy with this house and look forward to going back. The house is super spacious and had plenty of room for two small families (4 adults 3 children), multiple areas to relax and watch TV/play games, spacious kitchen and dining area with everything a chef would need. The big bedrooms and comfy beds/linens were a plus! The house was spotless when we arrived. We look forward to returning in the summer when we can enjoy the massive back yard, pool and patio. Great location - nice and quiet neighborhood, easy walk to town and the farmers market, straight shot to the beautiful beach. Kaitlin was responsive, nice and easy to communicate with. We were all so comfortable all week and loved everything about this stay; one of the best we’ve booked in years!
