Westhampton Beach 4 bed/4 bath - large garden, heated gunite pool, dock on bay!

In the heart of Westhampton Beach, we have a 4 bed/4 bath home (2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs, a 3rd king and 4th bedroom with 3 twin beds) plus a den with queen size sofa bed. There is a living room area with gas fireplace and 8 person dining table, plus large kitchen island with 4 bar stools.
There is a lush garden an acre in size, a patio with dining table, bbq, lounge area and heated, gunite, pool. Enjoy access to our dock on the bay with 2 paddle boards and a double kayak.
We have Sonos throughout the house, garden and pool area. We have flat screen TVs in the living room and in the den-both with cable and apps, plus Roku TVs in each of the 2 upstairs en-suite king bedrooms. The second level of the house with the 2 master suites also enjoys a relaxing sitting area with minibar, fridge, sink, coffee/tea.

The property is private and relaxing at the end of the road on the bay. It is exactly 1.1 miles to the center of town and 2.3 miles to stunning Rogers Beach.

Amazing stay

Beautiful house, perfect location close to town. Very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is perfect and well stocked. Our second stay in less than one year and we hope to be back.

Beautiful property, amazing stay

This property was better than we expected. A lot of thought and love was put into the house, and it's well cared for. We loved how much yard space there was for our dog to explore and for the family to play/run in. We stayed the end of September, early October and Rosalind was thoughtful enough to not close the pool so that the kids could get some swim time in. Rosalind was quick to respond with any questions we had and was a delight to communicate with. We're already talking about staying again next year! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Westhampton Wedding

Wonderful property in great location and very comfortable with ensuite bathrooms for each room and a great living area with large tvs (which were a bit complicated to operate). Pool was excellent with lots of outdoor seating of all kinds (pool, lounge and dinning). Would highly recommend this quiet and very comfortable house.

Can’t wait to return again

Our family of eight adults and 1 infant spent a wonderful new years weekend in west Hampton. The home, property and neighborhood were all exquisite. Specifically the home was so comfortable for all of us the sleep and have private space while also able to be comfortable together is the open space kitchen and living area. The house was well stocked and beautifully kept. The owner answered all questions and made herself available if needed. There is no doubt that we hope to make this an annual trip.

Perfect holiday getaway

The property was beautiful and spacious. Big yard perfect for kids and pups to run around and enjoy. The house was well stocked with what we needed and spacious with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. The layout is great and open. We enjoyed the stay so much we can’t wait to go back!

Hamptons getaway

This stay was absolutely perfect for us. Everything we could have asked for and more. The house was beautiful, and so clean. It felt just like home. So close to town and beautiful views. Such a peaceful relaxing home in the most perfect location.

We are New Yorkers who love to escape to our property on weekends, holidays and summertime. When we are not using it, we are happy to share it with others. It’s relaxing, private and magical in the most up and coming Hamptons town which is the closest commute to the City and airports.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We like the quiet on this side of town, but still easy to get to the beach, but it is a little closer to get to Quogue and the highway to go further east to Southampton, Sag Harbor etc

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Being on the water BUT still having a huge garden is definitely a unique aspect to our property. Other houses on the beach on Dune Road, some of which have pools, but they rarely have an acre of garden. We love our multiple garden areas, parking and long driveway for many cars, plus having the dock and boat, paddle boards, kayak etc gives us the best of both worlds.
