Delight in swaying palm plants, a tropical-inspired book nook, and a mystical nighttime ambiance. Enjoy a private entrance and access to your own outdoor patio and garden to sunbathe in the Vegas sun. Queen bed, queen pullout couch, kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, and small hammock chair for hanging out. We gladly accept small dogs so your pup won't miss out on belly rubs--see House Rules

It's located in, Old Henderson, a quiet working class neighborhood--if that's the kind of thing that might make you uncomfortable, we would encourage you to book elsewhere.
Close to major attractions including a 9-minute drive to the quaint Water Street District, a 20-minute drive to the dazzling Strip, 25-minute drive to rent watercraft and fish at Lake Mead Marina, and 1-hour drive to hike the red sandstone formations at Valley of Fire park.

Grab a morning snack at 7-11 or if you have taco cravings, Santarosa Taco Stop is your go-to, all within walking distance. You'll need a car or Uber for other activities around Water Street district or Lake Las Vegas

Feel free to take a pomegranate from the garden during harvest season (fall/winter)

The hosts were very accommodating. This is a small, very clean studio that has its own bathroom. It is connected to the house with others living in the residence. The room is private. It also had its own area within the back yard for the dogs to use the restroom off leash. This was an excellent place to stay.

This property is even better than the description! Certainly all the basics, PLUS wonderfully themed extras! Very well thought out that provides laid back relaxation. Great job Alan! We stayed 5 days and our host Alan communicated with us daily to see if we had needs or questions. Our check-in was easy and flawless. Departure exactly the same! We will certainly be staying again. Well done Alan! (btw....the showerhead is incredible!!! :} :} )

Cute and great for a place to stay outside Vegas

This was our first trip to Vegas for a show as the Sphere. We stayed 3 nights and it was great! 20 mins outside of the strip, lots of food and everything around. The unit has super cute details like fun lighting, a quaint backyard, fruit trees and a reading nook with a hanging boho swing.The neighborhood was a 4/5 as there was privacy and quiet but it may not be the nicest area of Henderson but we did not have any issues with anything.We were able to use the trash bins on the driveway and there wasn’t anyone else staying in the other side of the property, at least to our knowledge so it was quiet!The photos on the listing boast about the exterior colored lights, however, only 1 of them was functioning and plugged in for our stay so we did not get the complete ambiance that is shown.The tv has Netflix and Roku, the bed is soft and memory foam. There are a couple items around the home that could use an update or refurbishing such as the cabinetry and some of the outlets, etc
but totally understand it is a rental and that may be a complete waste of time and resources.Our little dog loved the backyard as it has grass and lots of smells! Would recommend!!!!!

Lovely studio apartment and great hosts

The Hosts were quick to respond to my inquiries. The studio apartment had a private entrance and a fenced, fully landscaped yard which I enjoyed and so did my little dog. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hot plate was missing, but the hosts corrected that omission within hours of it being brought to their attention. The little fridge was probably too small, and no way to make ice. An upgrade there would be helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The tropical lighting effects were very enjoyable, but it would be nice to have a small reading light to turn on and off from the bed. All in all, I recommend this unit and the Hosts provided 5 star service.
