Straightforward and Nice Stay

Booked for 1 night. 15 minute drive to the strip. Average suburban neighborhood. The house does use air freshener so if you are sensitive to fragrance, I would not recommend.

Great place!

Great location, clean, and kitchen was well stocked. Lots of space too! We didn’t have a pet but a great place for bringing one. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great place!

We needed a place to stay after coming in from NY for my nephew’s wedding. I found this home on Vrbo and couldn’t have been happier with it. Nice neighborhood, very clean, plenty of towels, household items and anything we needed for our stay. Communication was great, Juana answered any and all concerns I had before we got there in a timely manner. I’m always nervous when I rent these places thinking it’s not going to live up to the pics and description but this place did. I would definitely stay here again!

I’d stay again.

House was great and as expected from the listing. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. I would have given a 5 star rating but the one issue I had was the 2 back neighbors dogs barking, THIS IS NO FAULT TO THE OWNER, but it was an annoyance as they barked both night and mornings. Overall I had a good stay and would stay again.

A home away from home.

We stayed at the home for two nights and were extremely happy with the location. The home has easy access to the freeway and many restaurants less than 5 mins away. We found a couple of nice walking locations near the home for quick 2 mile walks. The house was very clean, had a nice kitchen supply, and most importantly had very comfortable beds. The host Juana, was quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if coming to Vegas.

Good Place to Stay

We found the house to be well stocked with towels, blankets and everything you could need in the kitchen for a rental (both drip and pod coffee makers). Comfortable beds and good location for the rodeo. We also really appreciated that it was pet friendly so we could bring our cat.

It was my second time staying at this property when I had a conference over on the strip, and the location was absolutely perfect. The host is wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Disappointed by false advertising

I specifically booked a place that advertised that it has a hot tub and grill and this place didn’t have either of those amenities and the WiFi wouldn’t let us connect. I reached out to Vrbo to communicate this issue and received no help just a wait of my time. Spent over an hour on the phone with them ( 20 minutes on hold, fighting the language barrier with the call center in India, helping them understand that my time zone was different then theirs, then sending pictures of a backyard that didn’t have a grill or hot tub. After doing everything they asked of me we sat in silence as the women didn’t know what to do next. I asked her to call me back with the resolution so I could get off the phone and have dinner with my family. Never to hear from VRBO again.. Outside of that. The furnace filter severely needs replaced and the place smells like BO and animal pee that they try to cover up with febreze

Nice place

Great location for what we needed. Host communicated great. Kitchen has everything you need for meals but is small. Hide a bed downstairs wasn’t very comfortable but the rest were fine. Lovely patio in back and nice you can park in the garage. Would stay here again.
