Serenity on Grampian is a spacious, well-cared-for home where everything is thoughtfully prepared for a relaxed, easy stay. Offering four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate living areas, and a private backyard for outdoor dining, it suits families, small groups, or work trips that value space and comfort. Set on a quiet street in Tatton, Lake Albert walking track, Wagga Country Club and local shops are all within 3km, with the CBD just a 10-minute drive away.
The space
Your host (Libby) personally manages everything from communication and cleaning to maintenance and preparation, so every detail is handled with care.
Bedrooms & bathrooms:
🛏️ 4 bedrooms, all with orthopaedic memory-foam mattresses, hotel-quality linen and ceiling fans.
📺 Master bedroom has a 42" Smart TV.
🛁 2 bathrooms, older in style (not newly renovated) but refreshed with new taps, shower heads and toilets, plus plenty of soft towels and essentials.
👶 Portacot with mattress and fitted sheets available for guests travelling with a baby.
Living & entertainment:
📺 Two separate living areas: one with a 75" Smart TV.
🎮 The second has a 65" Smart TV, Xbox, books and board games.
Kitchen & dining:
🧑🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, tools & appliances for everyday cooking.
🪑 Indoor dining seating for up to 8 (dining table plus bar stools).
Outdoor space:

Longer stays are considered by request. A modest rate adjustment will apply, however pricing remains aligned with short-term accommodation. Regular professional cleaning will be scheduled during longer stays at the guest’s cost.
💰 Pricing & Guest Numbers
The nightly rate covers up to 4 guests, which helps keep pricing fair for smaller groups in a home that can accommodate up to 8. A per-person, per-night fee applies for guests beyond the base rate to reflect the increased use of space, amenities, and utilities. All overnight guests must be included in the booking so pricing and insurance accurately reflect the group staying.
