We enjoyed our weekend at Birch House...great location, easy walk to cafes, shops and parks. A lovely place to relax with friends and family. The outdoor area overlooks a beautiful garden. Excellent communication with the host. Home was clean and tidy, and parking was easy.

House needs decluttering and a good clean. Air conditioner in sitting room didn’t heat. Clothes drier filter was full of lint and fluff. Shower in bath felt dangerous. Rubbish bin had not been emptied for a long time. Floor was filthy - dirt on socks. Apart from these issues, enjoyed our stay.

We were in Wagga for unfortunate reasons but this beautiful home was the perfect sanctuary to come place to come to after spending the day visiting family in hospital. This is a lovely house, with a great yard and outdoor area. The fire pit and outdoor barbecue are nice touches as well. The manual of instructions for appliances plus suggested paces to eat, things to do etc is most welcome. The only comment I would make is that upon entering the first impression of the house is given by the first bedroom on the right which has a rather noticable crack in the wall. Although this is not indicative of the rest of the house at all it is probably not the best first impression for the owner of this property to deliver to a guest. I would respectfully suggest that it should be rectified - even cosmetically - to eliminate this impression. Having said that it did not detract from the overall experience of what the house had to offer.
