• Lakeland Village amenities: two pools, including a year-round heated pool and a seasonal lakeside pool, plus a seasonal wading pool, two shared hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, private beach and pier, lakeside fire pits, seasonal BBQs, and boat buoys (first-come, first-served). The lakeside pool and wading pool are open during the summer months only.

Nestled along the serene shores of South Lake Tahoe, guests can enjoy stunning lake views, fire pits, and seasonal water activities like kayaking and paddleboarding. Heavenly Ski Resort beckons winter sports enthusiasts, while world-class golf courses, scenic hiking and biking trails, and breathtaking Emerald Bay provide year-round adventure. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Explore the city for free with "Lake Link" on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle operates during winter, picking up at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. Boat, bike, SUP, and kayak rentals are within walking distance in summer, with ski/snowboard rentals nearby in winter.
