Prickly Pear Stays is not your conventional accommodation module. Our properties are located on the fringe of CBD areas, placing travellers in prime locations for work, rest, and play. With no reception desk, you can complete the pre-arrival and check-in process online, and we’ll send you the access details for your apartment, ensuring a swift and stress-free arrival while enjoying a modern accommodation experience.

Other Things to Note:
Prior to your arrival, our online check-in process consists of two steps: first, you complete a check-in form; second, our system processes a $200 pre-authorisation on your credit card. This hold is solely to secure funds for any additional charges that may be incurred, such as damages or incidental expenses. If no extra charges occur, the hold will be released after your stay.

We also require photo identification prior to arrival that must match the reservation name. More details can be found in our terms and conditions.

Guests are provided with one complimentary set of linen and towels, along with some basic amenities upon check-in. Should you require any top-ups or replenishments during your stay, these are available for an additional cost.

Please note that routine cleaning is not included during your stay. However, if you would like to arrange a service clean, we’d be happy to assist—just reach out to schedule it for an additional fee.
