Il s'agit d'un appartement récemment rénové (au-dessous de la maison principale) composé de 2 chambres à coucher, 1 x lit queen-size, 2 x lits simples, salle de bain privée et confort. B / R fans. Chauffe-eau. Couvertures électriques. Le logement offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan Pacifique. Il est proche du centre commercial Charlestown, des films, de la plage et des transports publics juste à côté de la porte. A une cour arrière, parking hors rue pour deux voitures, que demander de plus. Restez 2 jours ou restez une semaine. Newcastle est la porte d'accès à Port Stephens et à l'observation des baleines, des plages de sable blanc. La ville regorge de boutiques et de cafés. Vous avez une vue ininterrompue à 180 degrés sur l'océan Pacifique et les plages au nord, notamment les plages Stockton, Dudiey, Rousses, Forgerons, Merewether et Newcastle, situées à cinq à quinze minutes. Les bains d'océan et la natation sont disponibles. À l'ouest se trouve le lac Macquarie. Yatch clubs Le lac rencontre l'océan à Swansea. John Hunter Hospital est également à seulement quinze minutes. Restez deux jours, restez deux semaines, vous ne serez pas insatisfait.

Spectacular views staying made relaxing. Well equipped kitchen and overall decor was very nice. Host was friendly, beach is just walking distance. Doona cover should be better quality though but we’re very happy with the stay.

The apartment was in a lovely location, with great water views and fabulous sunrises & sunsets. It had a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge room, bedrooms & bathroom were a great size. Best of all, the host (Steve) was most welcoming and made us feel very at home. We will definitely be back if we're ever in Newcastle again.

Great Place to Stay in Newcastle

A really nice place with great views of the ocean. The binoculars provided allowed us to see whales from the front window. Lots of room, great facilities, comfy beds and a friendly host who went over and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was large, clean, and part of a larger, beautiful property. We had everything we needed. Communication with the host was fantastic. The location was within easy drive to the beautiful Dudley beach and to restaurants and pubs.The only critique was that the place was a little dated and the view was slightly obscured by a fence. However, you could still see through the fence to the beautiful view.

Fantastic stay at Steve's place

Steve's apartment has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay. The view is amazing, the apartment is very comfortable and all topped with great welcoming hosts. My go to in Newcastle

Second time staying. Teenage kids love the sensational outlook and homely feel. Host is very genuine, kind and thoughtful. Close to all amenities and beautifully secluded at the same time. Can not rate this highly enough.

Perfect place to getaway

This place everything we needed. The house location is perfect for overlooking the ocean to see the sun rise from the backyard. The moonlight over the ocean is breath taking. The bed were comfortable and the heated beds made it heavenly in winter. We also met Steve the host and he is a great guy to deal with. Will definitely come back spring and summer.

I built on this virgin block of land in 1982 because my wife and I were instantly attracted to the Pacific Ocean and the forest in the foreground. The seclusion by having such an expansive “backyard”, and being a significant distance from the road and footpath. Peaceful.
