Come enjoy peaceful tranquility at this Arcadia Lake home just off M22. The home is ideally located near Arcadia Bluffs and Lake Michigan beaches. Arcadia Marsh Nature Preserve is across the street.

You'll instantly fall in love at this waterfront paradise. Expansive Arcadia Lake views throughout the home and on the front deck. If you want to dig your toes in the Lake Michigan sugar-sand beach, it's only 5 minutes away.

Amenities include outdoor seating, wood-burning fireplace, and gas grill. Home does not have a TV, allowing you to fully escape to nature. High-speed wifi is included. Washer/Dryer combo unit in bedroom is available for guest use, but does run slower than most standard units.

* Please be sure to only stay near the rental and not trespass on neighboring property. Neither the launch to the East nor field to the West are part of the homeowners property.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.

Home is perfectly located next to the popular Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club, with amazing sunset views of Lake Michigan. Arcadia is a quaint small town with most shopping and restaurants found north 15-20 minutes in Frankfort or south 15-20 minutes to Manistee. Only about 45 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
