An upright piano adds a soulful touch for those who enjoy making music, while sunlight filters through sash windows, illuminating period details and the homeâs gentle seaside spirit.
Flowing on from here, the kitchen and dining area invite easy connection. A garden-facing breakfast nook is perfect for slow mornings, while the gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size fridge make home cooking effortless. Gather around the timber dining table for shared meals, or enjoy a quiet coffee before wandering down to Horseshoe Bay.
Three inviting bedrooms offer restful spaces for families, couples, or friends. Two rooms feature queen beds with generous storage, while the third includes a queen and single bedâideal for flexible stays. Each is styled with layered textures, vintage accents, and calm tones that echo the homeâs heritage character.
Two modern bathrooms add everyday ease, each fitted with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. Fresh linen and towels are provided, with all beds made up for your arrival. A laundry with washing machine is available for extended stays.
Outdoors, the verandah is a highlightâperfect for soaking up ocean glimpses and the scent of nearby roses. The fully fenced yard offers garden areas, lawns, and both front and rear verandahs for relaxed outdoor living. The covered entertaining room includes a portable BBQ, second fridge, and beach gear, making it easy to unwind after a day on the sand.
Private driveway parking for two cars adds convenience, and with cafés, boutiques, and the iconic bakery all a short walk away, you can leave the car behind and explore the heart of Port Elliot on foot.
Small dogs permitted with approval. $75 pet fee applies. No cats.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a feeâplease let us know at the time of booking if you require either.
If you wish to use the fireplace, please pick up wood on your way.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
