Great location for a multi-family getaway. The house is spacious with generous bedrooms and good areas for age groups to have their own space. Pool table great for kids and adults! Excellent location to Horseshoe Bay, the local pubs and restaurants and the infamous Port Elliot bakery. Overall great stay!

The house was the perfect setting for a short family break for Grandparents, parents and children. Easy walking distance to both the Port Elliot shops and beaches. Would highly recommend and very likely to visit again.

A lovely, spacious house that suited our needs perfectly. Great location, a block from the water and a block from the main street. An easy house to stay in, everything in great working order, and the big pool table was a huge hit. We would be happy stay again with our extended family. And our host was lovely to deal with.

Great location, plenty of space

We had 6 adults and 4 children staying and there was plenty of room. Location is fantastic and checkin was easy. Air conditioning worked a treat and there was a fan avalible for each bedroom. We will be back.

Quick getaway

A lovely character-filled home close to cafes, beaches and main streets. We stayed for three days and didn't use the car at all - we walked everywhere. Nice quiet location with great kitchen facilities and plenty of space for everyone

Outside: windows & furniture needed a clean.House was very well equipped & comfortable. Perfect for a large group - there were 7 adults & 3 teenagers in our family. We didn't feel that we got in each other's way. Loved the big dining table!

Perfect family holiday

House had everything you could need. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, or a pub meal. Upstairs perfect for the kids to play and give parents some quiet time downstairs.

The house was perfect for our group of 7 hikers, with loads of character and high ceilings, and very well set up. It is in a great location, a short stroll from all the restaurants and cafes, yet so peaceful and quiet at night. All 5 bedrooms were spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds and bedside lamps and the 3 bathrooms were well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, including 2 fridges, a dishwasher and plenty of plates, serving dishes, chopping boards and wine glasses. The BBQ and outdoor setting were perfect for our dinners and the pool table was an added bonus! Kylie was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was straight forward. We would highly recommend the house to future visitors to the area, and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us stay in your beautiful house!

70th birthday with the girls

This property met all our needs. 3 bathrooms large bedrooms and the house is just unique Everyone enjoyed the common area as we gathered for food and drinks and wonderful outside area Plenty of parking available and everything is in walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights.The host was so helpful and understanding responding to any requests quickly. I hope I can arrange another holiday there
