This beautiful home is located in the coastal city fringe suburb of Orakei, overlooking Okahu Bay. There are multiple spaces to relax, unwind and connect in this stunning home. The main floor has the best views in the house, and consists of the two living spaces, the dining room, a modern kitchen, master bedroom, second bedroom, two ensuites and main laundry.

The main living space and deck are the ultimate spot to relax and take in the stunning ocean views, Okahu Bay Beach, Devonport & Rangitoto Island.

An internal staircase leads downstairs to the third bedroom and bathroom - which is a completely self-contained studio with a kitchenette, lounge, dining table and secondary laundry. The studio also has it's own private entrance, private patio with outdoor seating and additional BBQ. This room is perfect for people requiring a little extra privacy.

The CBD is a 10 minute drive, and there are also plenty of public transport options including buses and options from Orakei Train Station. Uber ride into the CBD is less than $20.

✧ Extended stays are welcome, and a special rate can be quoted on application.
There is a strict NO PARTY policy at the property. Only the guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay at the house. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Penalties apply if this booking policy is no adhered to, The booking will be instantly cancelled with no refund and you will be asked to leave the house.
