Close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs for shopping, dining, golf, and skiing and minutes away from the Petoskey State Park and bike trails. The home was stunning with ample room for our family to enjoy. We caught fish from the dock and the kids enjoyed the water. It is a great place. The host was very friendly, kind and very responsive to our questions/concerns.

Wonderful family getaway

Perfect setting for our family of 12,. The accomadations were comfortable and the location offered something for everyone from a senior to a 2 year old. Loved the beach for the little ones. Maria was a perfecr hostess, promptly replying to any of my inquiries.

The house was beautiful inside, Outside landscaping was horrible grass needed mowed, weeds over 3 foot tall all around property making mosquitoes fested- kids couldn’t play on jungle jumps due to cob webs and weeds over taking it. Was very disappointed in the outside conditions of this beautiful home.

Full house close to ski resorts!

Wonderful location close to ski resorts and town for the necessities all while being in secluded neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the house! There were eleven of us, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Being right on the water was fun, with my grandson fishing (caught a few small bluegill) and swimming. We also appreciated the washing machine and number of bathrooms. There are a few good bike trails nearby. I would recommend bringing games in case it rains or for evening hours.

Overall, this rental was amazing! There was enough space for our large family. The views were the best. Location was perfect. There even was a geese family that greeted us in the mornings! Just watch out for the poop!A couple of notes, I would either add extra bath towels or let people know to bring their own as well as beach towels. All of the mattresses could use an upgrade. They are useable but every person woke up stiff. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for skiing

We enjoyed a long weekend at this property. We were 13 minutes from Nubs Knob ski hill which was great. There were many options for dining out with a short drive. The house was spacious and very clean. Maria was very good with communication.

A great family retreat space

This was our second stay here and I'm sure it won't be the last. The house was extremely comfortable for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most of our meals. The floor plan offers a great room for the family but also some quiet spaces. And we loved being able to bring our dogs along for the fun. Great location for both Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

Amazing vacation home on Round Lake!

We rented for Memorial Day weekend and the home was perfect for our needs. Spacious and comfortable layout inside with a perfect back porch/patio facing the water. Loved the sandy beach area for the kids and discovered a bonus outdoor play set/swings/slide! Great for our family getaway!

Awesome Vacation

Ideal location for an up north getaway. The back yard and beach area were a hit for our young kids. What a wonderful layout in the house! Plenty of room and the laundry both upstairs and downstairs was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Excellent place for R&R

The house provided great accommodations for our adult family of 8 people. Very clean, great open floor layout for family, excellent back deck, yard, and beach area on the lake for a beautiful view. We brought kayaks and bikes which provided great options when people when people were at the house in between excursions.

Peaceful retreat

This is our second stay on Round lake and first in this house. We love the area and the calmness of the lake. The house was very roomy and had plenty of space. The views from the deck were the best greeting each morning. Maria, the property manager was extremely responsive to the few questions we had which was really helpful.

Wonderful getaway

The house was very comfortable and clean. It had space for all of us and storage for all of our winter gear. The owner was available for any questions we had, and when I did have an issue with something it was resolved immediately. We are thinking of renting the home for the summer!

Great place for group with teens

We were 3 families with teenagers and this house was perfect!!!! Kids fished and swam. We were able to launch our kayaks and paddle boards from the shore. So beautiful. Four min drive to cute market and Petoskey State park. House is really beautiful with lots of space. Host was very responsive to few issues we had. We hope to stay here again!

Friends getaway

We were a group of 8 friends having a girl’s getaway. The house was beautiful and spacious and perfect for us! We only cooked breakfast, but it was stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We visited Harbor Springs, Petosky and Mackinac Island. Round Lake was clear and refreshing. Maria was very friendly and the communication was amazing! I highly recommend!

12 person stay SUCCESS

My siblings and I brought our spouses and children - totaling 6 adults and 6 kids. We were more than comfortable with the space we had (we put 5 kids in the “bonus room” and ended up bringing an air mattress, only because we wanted the kids to all be together while the baby was in the bunk room). It’s a beautiful calm lake and near some fun Petosky attractions. This was our second time staying here; Maria is great to work with. I’d recommend this property!
