It took 45 minutes and repeated efforts with the owner to try to access the unit. Building superintendent gave us access finally & informed us this is a repeat problem. It went downhill from there. No toaster. Owner offered to order one and have me pick it up at the nearest Walmart. I declined to spend my vacation doing this. The patio and furniture was unusable as it was filthy with bird poop. Dead plants. Bar stools at counter so wobbly they felt unsafe. Main bed sinks in the middle. Owner required that beds are stripped upon departure. Pillows were stained. Minimal mismatched pots to cook with. Dim lighting through unit. Ice had not been changed out in a long time. Patio door difficult to ensure that it locks. Not well kept or maintained. We asked owner for a partial refund, she declined. We definitely do NOT recommend this unit.

We were all very happy with the space inside the unit and the lovely back patio. The living room was comfortable. The kitchen was nice...nice enough for us to decide to cook in each day instead of going out for dinner. The grill on the back patio helped make some great steaks one evening. The beds were also comfortable and spacious...slept very well. Unit was immaculately clean. Location was absolutely perfect with both a park on the lake and downtown Chelan being very close and easy to get to. We spent an afternoon enjoying some sunshine on a blanket in the park. The owner was highly communicative, helpful and checked in on us at multiple points to ensure we were ok. Overall, we loved this unit and had a great experience. We would stay here again next time we are in Chelan if at all possible.

Absolutely Perfect …look no further

We LOVED this condo incredibly spacious and super clean. This is an end unit so quiet with lots of light lovely! Condo was much larger than expected pictures don’t do it justice incrediblely spacious. Very clean & plenty of towels and amenities. Appliances were top notch we had everything we needed to bbq and breakfast before our long days out. Washer /dryer with quick cycle were great especially for our extended stay of more than a week! Owner was fantastic check in check out were easy and seamless. Even checked in with us after arrival to make sure we were comfortable. Short 2 min walk to lake and 2 min drive to water park and lakeside surf!! Yes you can surf in Chelan. I think they are putting a bike walking path right up to the condo which will be done soon so a novice added bonus for going into town. This place is a gem. This will now be our go to spot. It was perfect! Thank you R!
