Stayed here with my partner over the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it. This room is right on the lake with a gorgeous view and right next to the small bridge that takes you straight to downtown Chelan. Hotel / property itself is on the older side but there are nice lounge chairs around the property with direct launch points for swimming and paddle boarding. Saw some folks dock their small boats too. Would stay here again!

Room was clean, super convenient location small walk over the bridge to town. Room was pretty did notice a few little cosmetic things that could be fixed but nothing major. Bathroom is pretty small but overall very pretty room and view. Bed was super comfortable we enjoyed our visit. We’d definitely book again.

Our stay at the Grandview was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed the jet tub. We would definitely stay again as it was very affordable.

Room was filled with little bugs / all over ceiling and the comforter on bed full of dead ones . Something was wrong with electrical in pool so it was very cloudy and dirty , we didn’t even get in it . I reported bugs a couple times and still haven’t received a response . We have been staying here for years and never had a bad stay . Disappointed with the resort overall , seems like it’s going down hill , there’s not much up keep

Great location, view, but dated, and pool not appealing

Check in staff were pretty unmotivated and not very helpful. The layout is unusual, with multiple buildings and the staff didn't explain clearly how to get to our unit. The unit itself had a nice view and the tub was a great feature. Bathroom and the buildings themselves are dated back to the 60s and need some remodeling. The pool was overrun by noisy kids and lounge chairs also felt like they were there since the 50s so we didnt feel comfortable using it. My gripe is finally regarding cleaning fees - not sure why we have to take out all the trash and wash dishes since we are oaying these fees already

The room is accurately described in the photos. Upon seeing the billing from the outside, I was a bit concerned because it is nothing much to look at…so to speak. However, once inside, the room was great. The only drawback - and this is not the fault of the owners – is that it is a couple of units away from the main bridge that people drive and walk across. Unfortunately, there were numerous times when the typical cars with fins and modified exhaust made their presence late at night. Otherwise it was really nice.

Grandview - Chelan

Lovely accommodations! Nice room with balcony on/over the lake. Room was neat and tidy and recently updated. Comfy king size bed, mini fridge, microwave and tv. Room has a large jacuzzi tub, not something we were interested in using. It takes up a good portion of floor space in the unit. East facing, which was nice, up with the sun, but room was in shade late afternoon and early evening.
