The space
A self contained studio with King sized
bed, coffee and tea making facilities, microwave and toaster.

There's a late night dairy located in the covered atrium below if you're after a late night snack.

You'll have secure swipe card access to the external entrance elevator and door. (Please note loss of the swipe card will incur a $40.00 fee.)

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and the bed prepared for your arrival. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

There is high-speed internet available.

Other things to note
Please tidy up as you go. Please ensure all rubbish is taken out and dishes are placed in container provided....We will strip the beds..

There are rubbish bins in the basement in the undercover carpark for both recycling and general rubbish (don't forget your swipe card :-))
