This is our wonderful home with views over Sydney Harbour, just 400m from Manly Wharf and the Corso. This is a rare chance to have a perfect Christmas/New Year escape.

Enjoy a stroll to Manly Cove beach at the end of the street or go a few minutes extra to Manly's famous surf beach. There are so many bars and restaurants to sample, from the renovated Felons Wharf complex to the historic Manly Pavilion, all within minutes. Or do a BBQ on our spectacular roof-top terrace, watching the ferries going in and out.

All the amenities of a comfortable family home are available for up to 5 guests. It's a duplex apartment located on the upper level, which means one flight of stairs from street level.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, AC and a ceiling fan. BR2 has a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. A sofa converts to a full single bed in the third bedroom, which also has a fan.

The kitchen has quality European appliances throughout, featuring a large refrigerator, oven, gas cooktops and microwave. Guests can use any pantry essentials you may need. The dining area has a large extendable table to sit six to eight people.

The loungeroom includes a TV with Chromecast for your streaming shows, split system air-conditioning, two electric armchairs and large sofa.

The master bedroom ensuite has a waterfall shower and toilet. The main bathroom has a bath with waterfall shower and toilet.

The roof-top terrace and courtyard provide extensive outdoor living. The terrace includes a large dining table with seating for 8, ample lounge seating and armchairs, a clean gas BBQ and a fridge to store food and beverages on the terrace level.

The laundry is located on the rooftop with a washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have a washing line and drying rack.

Although our home is close to the Manly downtown, the one-way street has very little traffic noise.

The entire apartment, courtyard, roof-top terrace and garage are for the exclusive use of guests. There is a single-car, lock-up garage for use during your rental. Access to the smart-locked front door is by stairs that are exclusive to the apartment. There is one other apartment in the Art Deco building, which is located on the ground floor with a separate entry.
