The property is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe and a few minutes walk to the casinos on the Nevada side. There are restaurants and shops in the area. Target is right next door if last minute purchases are needed.The owner of our unit was very responsive to our emails. The unit was as advertised. Spacious and clean. It was a treat to have two full bathrooms.There isn't daily housekeeping but the Marriott will supply new towels if requested. But they do give four sets of towels so depending on the length of stay it might be enough. Bags of coffee are provided to use with the coffee maker. Valet parking is included with this unit which was a nice perk, considering the fee is 35/day. Please remember to tip the parking valets.

The place was clean, safe and in a great location. Walked to dinner each night, walked to and hiked Van Sickle trail each morning. Used the fitness room, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again for sure. Plenty of space for 6 people.

Great base for skiing Heavenly!

Super-convenient spot. My adult sons and I shared the place for a ski trip. Being right next to Gondola was great, and also we enjoyed short walk to village restaurants and to casinos. The shared hot tub was good to unwind in, and everything went smoothly.

Great location for family trip

We had a great stay at the Marriott Grand Residence. These rooms were nice and roomy. We enjoyed the large kitchen space which was stocked with everything we needed to cook. I loved having 2 bathrooms. This room was a perfect location on the hotel. It was close to the exit for the ice rink and restaurants. Not far from the check in and pool area as well. Everything is within walking distance. So many shops and restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the gym. The only downside was the sofa bed didn’t fit all 3 kids well so we had kids in our room with us. It worked out just fine though. The owners were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great accommodations!

Location is really great. Condo is off to one side of Heavenly Village so you don't feel like you are smack in the middle of hustle and bustle. We have stayed in the Village in other condos. We like that it is well built. You don't hear the room above you; you don't hear traffic; you barely hear people in hallways. One of us is a light sleeper and there was slight trepidation when realizing outside deck was resort entrance/valet. NO WORRIES! We didn't hear a thing. Condo is well stocked; all furniture comfy. As all Marriot's the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying again.

EXCELLENT family stay property in South Lake Tahoe

Fantastic location and condo, VERY CLEAN and was it was much appreciated to have a full kitchen. Dining room table has 6 chairs (pic only shows 4) - we were able to cook full breakfasts for our family easily. The pool area is MUCH nicer than the image in the listing - we very much enjoyed the pool, 2 hot tubs, cushioned lounge chairs, full size chess game pool-side, and umbrellas during our summer stay. There was also a community space room on the floor with a full sized pool table that my sons LOVED. Valet car service was super quick, and it was nice to be able to easily walk to dinner or grab take out and bring it back to the condo. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Awesome Stay as always!

Great rental! We’ve rented this unit at least four times over the last couple of years. The marriott grand residence club is a family friendly resort in the middle of Heavenly Village. The unit itself comfortably sleeps our family of five, the unit is always in immaculate condition and Scott is friendly and available if needed, making the rental process super easy. Our family looks forto tenting this unit again!

Linda and I are from Minnesota and grew up enjoying the outdoors during all four seasons. Skiing in the winter, boating in the summer and hiking anytime are some of our favorites. We have become foodies and I am known to enjoy a fine wine now and then. Travel and the thrill of discovering new vistas keep us on the move. We have five children and family gatherings are our favorite treasure.

We chose the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe because of the great central location to outdoor activities, good restaurants and entertainment. The Heavenly gondola starts right next to our resort and we are within a short walk to casinos, the Lake and many comforts. The Marriott offers luxery in the beautiful outdoor setting of Lake Tahoe.

Our unit is located in the heart of the new Heavenly central square. The resort offers an end of day escape to your dusty hiking boots or snow covered skis.
