Our stay at the lake house was absolutely amazing. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the water from almost every room. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck, watching the sunrise over the lake and relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable bedrooms made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—quiet and secluded, yet close enough to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, this lake house provided the perfect getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Evolve came up online with the house I was looking at on that big old app we all use......( yall know the one).They had it listed at a significantly lower rate, so I booked with them. The house was great and the customer service and support was awesome!

This property was well maintained, clean, good lake access and has nice amenities. This is was our third time to vacation at Cedar Creek so we knew what we were looking for and the area we wanted to be in. We were on a house hunting expedition and fun father's day trip. The location was perfect for our trip. Short distance to Gun Barrel City and Tool, near restaurants and grocery stores. The house did not disappoint. The view from the family room/dining and kitchen to the lake is wonderful. Comfortable couches, beds and furniture made our stay more relaxing. The home has a nice split floor plan and is very well supplied. I cook and most rentals do not have adequate kitchen supplies/cookware...this kitchen was great! Everything I needed and sharp knives! Currently the lake water level is very low. You can wade to the middle of the cove! We were able to use our jet ski and use the dock, but the dock ladder at the end of the pier is out of the water. We ordered a 20 "rope" ladder via Amazon and the next day...problem solved. The ladder at the bulk head is accessible and we used it most of the time. Check-in/Check-out was easy. We only communicated with the host at the end of our stay and she replied. Easy check-in/check out. We would stay here again.

Thank you for the glowing review. This is exactly the experience we strive to provide. The rope ladder was an excellent idea and I will likely add this or a longer metal ladder the next time I’m down there. We hope you will come again.

Cute, renovated house in a good location on the lake. Good fishing dock. Comfy couch and beds. The twin bunkbed was super wobbly, kids were nervous to sleep on it. Not a far drive to Lone Star Marina, restaurants and Gun Barrel City. This house is located in Seven Points (I believe it said Kemp when we booked it). We saw a high chair and pack n play new in boxes in closets in case someone needed those. If wanting to do alot of cooking there are definitely just basics in kitchen, so bring anything you would need. Check out instructions would have been helpful as we were unaware of what we needed to do to before we left.
