We had a girl's trip and wanted to stay on the water. When we saw the place on Cedar Creek Reservoir, we knew that was the place. The pictures did not quite capture the fine details of the location. The place was meticulously clean and provided us with all of the essentials that were needed. In addition, sat out on the back veranda to watch the sunrise and enjoyed coffee. I would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone traveling to this area.

Loved this home on the lake! We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch, could have stayed there all day! Perfect house for 5 ladies on a fun girls weekend.

We had such a great stay at La Vida Loca Cottage. The house was super clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The living room was one of our favorite spots because it has windows everywhere. So you have an amazing view of the lake no matter where you’re sitting. We also spent a lot of time on the back patio. It was the perfect place to drink coffee in the morning and unwind in the evenings while enjoying the view.The kitchen was beautiful and had a huge island that quickly became our gathering place. Whether we were cooking, eating, or just hanging out, it was the perfect setup for our group.The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to the water, the fishing was great, and the views were hard to beat. The owner was also wonderful to work with. Communication was easy from the time we booked until we checked out, which made everything stress-free.We will definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway!

We had a great stay! There is plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful sunrises every morning. The outdoor porch area also had loads of seating. The kitchen appliances were nice and new. We were very comfortable in this home for a girls weekend. Everyone had their own comfy bed.

Family Vacation

Home was very spacious and nice. The view from the back porch was priceless of the water. Nice neighborhood. Was a family vacation so rented the house next door, which made it very convenient. Was a vacation to remember.

This was my second time staying at this beautiful lake house, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The host is amazing very responsive and attentive. The property is spacious, spotless, and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. This trip was extra special because it was the first time I’ve taken my father on a getaway since his recent retirement, and he’s already talking about coming back. A truly memorable and restful stay!

Great Lake Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a quick drive from DFW and the house is located on a great area of the lake. The private dock and great patio made for a wonderful trip. We will be back.
