Very nice just what we were. looking for. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils but I never did find a toaster ??? and in all previous rentals there were always spices etc that were left so we had to purchase salt/pepper etc. so bring anything you might need for making your meals. we would return but better prepared.

We had a great time. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that the area was so peaceful and quiet. My kids absolutely loved that they could get in the river or fish just steps from the back door. Having a foosball table upstairs was a nice touch! If you’re coming to visit the apple houses in Ellijay, they are just a few minutes away.

Perfect Getaway Retreat

I planned a surprise getaway weekend with my wife in the North Georgia Mountains, and we found a riverside home that was absolutely perfect for relaxing and recharging. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and a thoughtful welcome booklet provided all the details needed for a great stay.Ellijay and the surrounding areas are stunning, with plenty to explore. We loved the local restaurants, charming shops, and the variety of wineries nearby.The home is ideal for couples or families seeking a cozy retreat with lots of wildlife joining in on the fun. It offers plenty of amenities and a well-designed layout. There’s a fun gaming area for kids, opportunities for fishing, or simply enjoying a cookout and sitting around a fire outside.We’re already planning our next visit. Huge thanks to the hosts!

Treacherous driveway, even for full size SUV, never been I a VRBO or any other rental property without a dishwasher not even a scrub brush, no knives for cutting food, minimal dishes. Very loud neighbors,Will never stay there again. Really disappointed in Evolve Property Management.

From the Owner: "We are sorry to hear that your experience was not good. We will definitely add more utensils and dishes for future guests. A dishwasher is actually getting installed this week, now that the contractor is available.Regarding the driveway, the steep section is paved to allow for good traction, and the other driveway can also be used, which circles around in front of the cabins, if you want to avoid the steep section. The cabin next door is a short-term rental as well, but we have never experienced the renters being loud, and we hate that it was the case during your stay. There are ordinances against loud guests in the area, and we will look into making sure that doesn't happen for future guests.Again, we apologize for your poor experience and are working to address your concerns for future guests."
