The 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom features a well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size fridge, gas stovetop, and large oven. The dining and living areas have been well designed and perfectly suit the location and style. My apartment also comes with a pedestal fan, full laundry facilities, and free Wi-Fi.
This unit offers a master bedroom with a king bed that can be split into two single beds (there`s a small gap/deep in between the beds) while the second room has a queen-sized bed.
Basic amenities are provided such as linen, bath towels toilet paper, and a bath essential starter pack. In case some items are not on the list or seem not enough for your stay and consumption, we highly recommend you bring the items with you.
The guest needs to retrieve their room key before accessing allocated parking spaces. A temporary parking space is available on the ground floor/level 1 for guests to use while they complete their check-in process. (Visitor Parking)

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team. No Pets Allowed For service animals, certificate and registration from PAT must be presented prior to arrival. This needs to applied first in our body corporate, pet bond and additional cleaning fees will be applied.

If you notice any breakages or faults in the apartment, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you happen to break something in the apartment, please let us know immediately so we can resolve in a timely manner.
In case of lost keys which can happen at times please be advised that it will incur a cost for replacement of AUD250. Please keep the keys in a very safe place at all times.
When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
To keep our costs down, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the apartment.

Please remove any make-up in the correct way. Our towels, robes and face washers provided aren`t to be used for this purpose. Additional cleaning or replacement fees apply.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy manner. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and hang any dirty towels in the bathrooms.
