• Guests are required to be mindful of neighbours at all times.

• No amplified music, late-night noise or outdoor entertaining from 11pm to 9am.

• The house is smoke free. Guest may smoke in the outdoor rear courtyard area.

• Guests are required to take the council rubbish bins out and in.

• Well behaved pets are most welcome. Guests are responsible for their pets and any damage caused.
