Discover the very best of mountain living in this stunning four bedroom home at Hummingbird Lodge, nestled in the exclusive Bachelor Gulch community of Beaver Creek and located just uphill from the famed Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch hotel. Perfectly positioned for ski enthusiasts, this residence offers seamless ski-in/ski-out access via an elevator taking you directly from the residence to the Everkrisp access run that leads you right to the Bachelor Gulch Express lift. Whether in summer or winter, you will marvel at the expansive, unobstructed views of the Ritz Carlton down the hill and continuing across the valley to the Gore Range in the distance from the oversized patio that is unique to this unit.

Step inside to find a spacious, elegantly designed interior boasting new finishes throughout, blending modern sophistication with mountain charm. The open-concept layout features high-end upgrades, including a fully stocked kitchen with a Wolf gas range and Sub-Zero refrigerator as well as an advanced Audio Visual system with Sonos speakers throughout the home. To ensure your comfort year round, you’ll enjoy central heat and a massive stone fireplace in the winter while also benefitting from the comfort of central air conditioning in the summer.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed, each with its own ensuite for ultimate privacy and convenience. Three bedrooms feature plush king beds, perfect for couples or those seeking a luxurious sleep experience. The fourth bedroom is a versatile bunk room with four twin beds, ideal for families or groups with children. Additional highlights include proximity to The Ritz-Carlton’s restaurant and bars (a 5 to 10 minute walk down the ski hill in the summer), and excellent shared amenities, including a well-equipped exercise facility, two large hot tubs and a clubhouse with a pool table. Upon arrival, you will drive your vehicle into the high clearance underground parking structure beneath the building before taking an elevator directly from the parking level into the unit.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- Ski-in / Ski-out dependent on snow level.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

Our stay at this Bachelor Gulch condo was absolutely exceptional. A few things that really stood out to us:- The View - Wow...the pictures can't really capture how amazing the view is in person. Looking out over Bachelor Gulch with the Gore Range in the distance is absolutely stunning and having no other condos/homes immediately downhill from you adds to it.- Outdoor Space - On that note, the huge deck is a game changer over other units we have stayed in at Hummingbird that usually just have a small balcony. We were able to enjoy a lot of time outside which made it not feel like a condo. They have a really nice natural gas grill that we used a bunch and outdoor heaters if you need them.- Access - In our experience, Hummingbird is second to none when it comes to accessing the mountain. The elevator opens into the unit, you take it down to the main garage floor and you walk off the elevator, take about ten steps and you are outside on the ski hill. Since this trip was in September we weren't skiing but we did make use of this convenience in walking down the ski slope to the Ritz for lunch/dinner (which was a less than 10 minute walk). The on demand shuttle is also really convenient for getting to the main Beaver Creek village.- Kitchen - For anyone who has ever stayed at the Ritz in one of their condo units and dealt with some of the challenges of cooking there, this is a huge upgrade. Natural gas Wolf range, Sub Zero fridge and high end furnishings.
