Spend your vacation in total luxury! Home is gorgeous, clean and full of extra amenities. We are not your average vacation rental company. We personally own and operate our units which means you get personal one on one service and people to work with that actually care about you and your vacation.

Newly remodeled, redesigned, and fully furnished to create the ultimate beach getaway. This 3-bedroom/ 3- bathroom, beautiful home is located directly on the gulf! Comfortable accommodations with 1,950 square feet, the perfect home for a relaxing family vacation or romantic get-away. High-end furniture, décor, linens, and bedding. Located very close to Scenic 30A, at beach access 84.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

This is our second time staying here. House is modern and easily accessible. The property manager was very helpful in accommodating our time schedule. We all look forward to staying here again.

This a a great beach house. The views are amazing and it is directly on the beach. The house was exactly as described and as it looks in the pictures. It was well stocked with anything you might need. Would definitely stay here again.

Big Family Beach Trip

Just Wow! Stayed at many beach houses over the years and this one is one of the best by far. The owners have used the best of everything for this property - quality furniture, appliances & decor. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! Highly recommend & will return because we loved the location as well.

Beach walkout

This is our 3rd time staying at this house. We love walking out of the sliding door onto the beach. It is perfectly positioned between Panama City, rosemary beach and seaside. We will be back next year!!

Beautiful Home

Absolutely amazing home. Great location right on the beach and away from the crowds! We would love to build a replica of this home when we retire. The only thing we wished it had was outdoor deck lighting. Outside of that not a single complaint or negative about this place. If we visit PCB again we will definitely try to book this place again!

Amazing property

Don’t hesitate. Book this property! The views are incredible, the attention to detail is spot on, and you are literally steps to the beach. The owners provide so many little touches that make this property special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so nice we didn’t even want to leave to go anywhere 😂. We came for the sun and sand and had an amazing time. We have stayed in some nice resorts and the accommodations of this property were definitely on par with those! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Phenomenal Beachfront Property

This was the second time we have stayed here and we loved it more the second time than the first! The home is in a great location along Front Beach Rd - it is close enough to the restaurants/attractions to be convenient, but far enough to remain somewhat low key. The home itself is gorgeous. Well decorated, well appointed, and very clean. It’s like staying in a 5 star resort! The bathrooms are incredible. The beds are all comfortable, and the various amenities are awesome - including a Green Egg! Best of all, though, is the beach. Being able to sit out on either of the decks and watching/listening to the waves roll in is…..well - bliss. We will definitely be back.

All amenities were first class

Unfortunately the beach renovation was going on while we were there and their equipment blocked our view. They worked 24 hrs so it was very noisy at night. The place was fabulous other than that ,which is no ones fault.

Very nice, modern style house

Easy access to the beach. Design of the house is modern, which I like. Still some ongoing beach construction, however, we didn’t feel like it didn’t really interrupted our vacation. Also the house is well stocked with needed utensils and other extras. The only ‘issue’ is guests are expected to take out trash, do dishes, laundry etc (all these things I have no problem with). However, there is still a 400 dollar housekeeping fee even though the house was left clean. Seems a bit inflated. With that said, we would definitely stay here again and plan to do so.

Love this part of PCB. The beach is so quiet. Beds were super comfy. The master bath is dreamy. There was still some construction obstructing our view (so we stared at huge tractors the whole time) and the first day it was quite noisy. They started at 5am and the tractors woke the whole house up so that part sucked but that’s not the owners fault. Some feedback is the microwave is kind of tricky with how small it is. And the dyson (which was so nice there was a vacuum there to clean up during our stay) but the holder was coming out of the wall a bit. Will definitely rent again though.

Amazing Location

This property was the perfect location for a family and friends trip! Not everyone in the group was able to rent a car, but it didn’t matter because we rarely left the house. The deck has the perfect view of the water and we relaxed from coffee and mimosas to wine at sunset. The beach gear was a convenient resource but some of the chairs were less than sturdy and have been well used. Honestly, it didn’t matter because we didn’t bring much down to the water and made excellent use of the deck instead. Overall, the interior of the house is just as pictured, and everyone loved the finishes and beach vibes. One note: there is no exterior lights on the back of the house, it looked like they were down for maintenance but the only time we would have used them is when grilling.

Beautiful & Spacious beach house

This house looks exactly as it is depicted in the photos. It is clean, modern and spacious. This was a Thanksgiving getaway for my family and we all met up at the house. There were some construction/equipment situated right behind the house which obstructed the beautiful view but we were warned of this prior to arriving. Although it was not the fault of the property manager/owner...they were gracious enough to give us a discount for our stay due to the beach renourishmen that was going on. Aside from this, everything was fantastic. There are many things to do and many places to eat around the surrounding area. My family loved sitting on the balcony just to read or to surf on the internet. We also loved watching the beautiful sunsets every night. We also took advantage of long morning walks on the beach...which was nice because the beach was very secluded at all times. The house was equipped with all the amenities that you can think of. All the TVs were state-of-the-art and so were the other appliances. We felt very comfortable staying there and would probably book this place again in the future.

Beautiful Location and Home

The area is a so perfect and quiet (even if you are there during a Harley rally)! There is a grocery store super close, great eating options, Panama City is close for some mini golf and go-karts, beach is perfect even if you are right next to public access. Everyone is nice and respectful. The little pink breakfast cafe down the street has awesome breakfast and Tom's Donuts is amazing! The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect and comfortable (beds are great), the decks are awesome, the view is undisturbed, the kitchen has every small appliance you could need. Four beach towels, NO decent beach chairs (we rented from an awesome local husband and wife) but there is an umbrella. Take your sunscreen and ENJOY! The 4 stars on the cleanliness may be the fault of the renter before us, the couch smelt horrible and the cleaners tried to spot clean it before we arrived (they probably did the best they could on short notice). The fridge was also not working which they did not know until they cleaned. Long story short, the owners were gracious and provided us a mini fridge which ended up being the one we had all week (not ideal for 6 people). At no fault of the owner, the management team did not handle the owner's request to replace the full size fridge in an efficient/safe/or timely manner. Though they did communicate with me promptly. We made it work, but spent more eating out than we planned. I would stay in this area again and even with these owner's, as they did an amazing job with the place. I would be hesitant to do it through this management company. I am sure they will have a reply about how they offered to do this and that, but after your vacation has been interrupted 3 times and for over a 24 hour period, you just give up and deal! Again, thank you to the owners for their compassion and their beautiful home!

Aloha home run

This rental was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 4 kids under 6. Walk out beach access was what we were looking for. It made the transitions to the beach with all of our kid stuff so much easier. The rental is beautiful and well appointed. Easy access to 30A and PCB. We plan to do it all again next year at Aloha.

Very disappointed due to ruined ocean view

Reservation Date: 7/25/21 Dates Stayed: 10/22/21 – 10/25/21 Party: Mom (86 yo.), her 3 children and their spouses (7 adults) Purpose of Trip: Children giving their aging Mom with dementia a "beach" vacation, where she could enjoy the ocean view from the property. Reason for choosing property: Ocean View, upscale condo Notification from Property Manager: Voicemail received 3 days prior to arrival, noting some orange netting and a couple trash bins. No pictures provided. NO REFUND OFFERED! Arriving: The beach directly behind this property was littered with a large number of huge metal trash dumpsters, very large rusty pipes and other dredging equipment, surrounded by orange netting. View was dreadful. The Army Corps of Engineers was performing a large-scale dredging operation with very large bulldozers, large dredging equipment, and staging of their equipment and trash/equipment right behind and side of property. We immediately called the property manager. They offered a small refund. We did not accept. Each day got worse. On the last day, the entire operation was directly behind with all of the bulldozers, equipment, trucks, etc. in action. Unfortunately, we cannot attach pictures or videos. We expressed our dissatisfaction. They offered an additional refund, but we did not feel this was fair or enough. We asked for a 50% refund off of the rent we paid (excluding fees). We understand the property manager had no control over issue, but they did not disclose to us the extent of the operation and no pictures were provided. We were told by the workers there that the 'junk' was there behind this property for three weeks prior. The property manager told us that we stayed there, that we enjoyed our vacation (how do they know this?) and that the condo should be judged separately from the area around it or the beach view. They told us that the beach was open and accessible, regardless of the reuined view. They told us they were sorry and that they didn’t like the situation either, but it was not their fault. They told us to take or leave the refund offered and the discussion was OVER. We finally decided to accept their refund as they would not budge. Note: Immediately after our departure, they revised their VRBO listing as “HUGE DISCOUNT” with a new price slashed 50% of what we initially paid, due to the dredging operation. Please note that we always rate 5's and often overlook little things. This may be our Mom's last vacation!

Perfect for girls trip

The location could not be more perfect! Our back porch was beautiful white sand and the ocean was a few steps away! The house was perfectly stocked with high end towels, bath robes and everything we needed in the kitchen! We will be back!!
