This was a lovely home super convenient to Conway, North Conway, and the White Mountains. The property was very clean and cozy and check in was a breeze. We had a great time.

House was nice however wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked it. Used floss sticks were left on the side table in the living room. A used bar of soap was left in the shower on a stool. The walls had lots of dirty spots on them as well as spider webs. A lot of dishes were not clean and there was a ton of rust on the knives.

So many lady bugs and not baby friendly

it was ok, looks nice when entering, however upon closer look we had to do a lot of cleaning before being able to settle down. having just driven in from hours away with a 3 year old and 10month old in the evening, not exactly how we wanted to spend time when we should have been settling/getting kids to bed. there were also live lady bugs flying/crawling around.it was a super convenient location, nice furnishings, but not safe for a mobile baby. lots of wires including some open holes in the wall with wires out, and lots of things that could easily tip over, so we had to watch her like a hawk. just wanted to make this note for anyone else thinking of staying with a mobile infant. we really enjoyed the fridge with the ice maker/water dispenser, that was a really nice perk! also loved the all one level living, great for the kiddos. the bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable! but note: you have to walk through primary bedroom to get to the bathroom that has the shower/tub, so just keep that in mind if you wanted any privacy/take a nap.this location would have been super great in the summer/fall :)

We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, especially after a long day of travel with little ones. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The home was professionally cleaned and personally inspected before your arrival, but we’ll be more thorough with our cleaning team moving forward to make sure everything’s in great shape. - The wires you saw are inactive speaker wires from a removed sound system, but we’ll work on securing or tucking them away to avoid confusion. - While the home isn’t baby-proofed, we’re happy to move lightweight items like plants or lamps if we know kids are coming—just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll take care of it. - We’re sorry about the ladybugs. They haven’t been a problem during or since your stay, but we’ve asked our pest control service to re-treat the home just to be safe. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
