This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of downtown Kelowna, British Columbia. This home has one king, one queen, one double bed and a single cot with a single sleeper sofa. In-suite laundry to clean those sandy beach towels or freshen your clothes during an extended stay. Cozy gas fireplace and TV to snuggle up at night. Huge patio with new hot tub! We have the option of extending into the carriage suite across the breezeway. Your true home away from home!
Safe from STR restrictions in Kelowna! Stay within steps from the new brewery district and local favorite's like Red Bird Brewing and Rustic Reel. This home is in the best location! 5 minute walk to the sandy beach, 5 minute walk to Knox Mountain for epic hiking and views. Tennis courts and Frisbee golf are only a 5 minute walk. Breweries, coffee shops, restaurant's and live music are right down the street! Small pet friendly, family friendly, spacious and in the central core of the bustling downtown Kelowna -This location is amazing.
Our homes exterior has two separate outdoor lounge areas. A huge covered patio with sectional seating. Large gas BBQ to grill from home. There is a fire table and patio lights for the later evenings. We have a shared brand new Tru-Water low chemical hot tub by jacuzzi to enjoy. The second patio has two hanging swings surrounded by hydrangeas and lit at night with outdoor lighting.
No stairs to access the main floor and wider doorways to accommodate walkers or wheelchairs.
Beautifully decorated with top end furniture and decor.
Travelling with a larger group? Inquire about our neighboring short term rental located on site. This site can accommodate 12 to 20 guests for larger weddings etc.
Work from home? No problem - there is an office with an optional printer for your convenience. There is an additional single sleeper sofa plus a roll away single person sleeping cot.
