The Space:

Escape to Cabo and stay at our condo in the beautiful Terrasol Beach Resort, just steps away from the beach. Relax on your private patio, offering partial ocean views, and enjoy nightly sunsets. The highlight of our space is the large private patio stretching from the living room to the master bedroom and just 75 meters (245 feet) from the sea. The property offers 2 pools, and one is a fabulous oceanfront pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, plus a gym on-site, so you don’t have to break your daily routine.



Our condo is modern, with splashes of colorful Mexican decor and artwork. The open-plan layout provides lots of natural light. When you aren’t out enjoying the sights or lounging at the pool, hang out in the sitting room, which has comfy sofa seating and a Smart TV with satellite service.



The kitchen is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home—plus extras like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even a dishwasher for quick clean-ups! To keep your vacation wardrobe fresh, there’s a small laundry area just off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer. For snacks or a coffee, pull up a seat at the breakfast bar and enjoy sit-down meals at the beautiful indoor dining table. If you enjoy barbecuing and eating outside, you’ll have your private patio in front of the sand where you can have meals with a view.



When it’s time to rest for the night, you’ll find king-sized beds, an ensuite full bath, and Smart TVs in both bedrooms. The rooms are spacious, with lots of storage space to accommodate your belongings, AC, ceiling fans, and room-darkening curtains. The primary room features direct access to the private patio via a sliding glass door, providing a secondary entrance to the condo and allowing independent access, if desired, and optimum privacy for anyone staying in the second bedroom. Both entrances have large, bolt-locked security screen doors.

The Neighborhood:

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
